After the load test a visual examination for general condition and a magnetic particle inspection was carried out on the lifting point welds of the above
mentioned equipment. No cracks or defects indication were noted at the time of inspection
The undersigned, ABS inspector, hereby certify that the here above mentioned supply was thoroughly examined, and the above particulars are correct.
It’s to further certify that this lifting equipment complies in all respect with the appropriate provisions and is free from defects affecting safety.
In the case of any modification of the equipment which has not been agreed upon with us in writing, this certificate becomes invalid.
