Pre check list

1) Check life and quantity of engine oil.

(a) Not more than maximum
(b) Not below than minimum

2) Check Gear oil.(Maintain the level always)

3) Check Hydraulic oil.(Max & min)

4) Check Diesel quantity.(It should not take air due to shortage of diesel otherwise it will damage the
pump.)

5) Check Brake oil.

6) Check radiator water.(Use Coolant for proper function.)

7) Check Air tank and relies water

Air filter (clean every day)

Check leakages everywhere

Tire pressure (rear 35Psi front 100 psi)

Greasing weekly

1. All pulleys
2. Rear wheel at given points
3. Steering cylinder
4. Lifting cylinder
5. Cradle pin and busses
6. A-Frame pin bush
7. Pivot bush
8. Extension cylinder and bush
9. Clutch shaft
10. Rope

Clean battery terminals

Procedure

Machine should be in natural position

Start it and warm it in ideal RPM for 10-15 minutes

Check air buildup (5kg/cm2)

Check all side and down to avoid accident

Check the surface and surrounding for movement of the machine

Working procedure

Always use low gear while performing operation.

Lift the object 1-2 feet above the ground and then march

Raise the boom and make the degree according to weight

Don’t make the angle with natural axis of engine

Always tie the object and pull it for stability of the object
