Thinking of partnering with Geeks2U in the field? Here is some useful information to help you make
an informed decision.

What you’ll do:

● Troubleshoot/resolve tech problems on-site
● Build rapport with our customers
● Finalise invoices and collect payment for services
● Provide follow-up support to customers

What you’ll need:

● A strong history of providing technology support in both home and office environments, over a variety of
platforms (e.g. PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Office 365, Google Apps, etc.)
● Great communication skills; the ability to explain technical issues in ‘plain English’
● Own reliable, well-maintained vehicle
● Laptop/tablet and standard troubleshooting equipment
● Australian Business Number (ABN)
● Smartphone

And we now come to the the most important part:

What’s in it for you:

● A generous percentage share of what’s charged to the customer. For home jobs, technicians receive
31.65% which equates to $50 per hour inc. GST. For business jobs, technicians receive 30.65% which
equates to $60 per hour inc. GST. Geeks2U technicians provide a minimum 1 hour service, with
additional time charged in 30 minute increments.
● Flexible availability entirely within your control – appointments offered to customers between 8am and
8pm everyday (including weekends and public holidays). Technicians set their availability using our
custom built system, and it can change as often as they like.
● Service area also entirely within your control – in terms of the suburbs you service it can be as big or
as small you like.
● 90 per cent of the amount charged to the customer for the Product for Supply excluding GST. It is
recommended to have a markup of 20-30% when selling these parts to customers.
● Additional commissions on any of our other products you sell
● Invoices paid weekly via EFT
● The full support of our super friendly customer service and back office admin team, 7 days a week
● No uniform – just business casual with an ID badge on a lanyard.
