Job Title: Junior Implementation (Mid-level) Report To: Implementation Team

Leader/Senior Implementation

Job Description (Tasks & Duties):

● Implementing department products at the customer’s sites.

● Ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services.

● Doing a preliminary test (other than QA test) for customer cycle and notes before
installing system at the customer site.
● Responsible on doing draft weekly reports for open projects when needed.

● Writing draft change of request for customers while the project is open.

● Installing and configuring systems at the client side.

● Helping customers in building financial systems including chart of account


consultation.
● Simple knowledge in accounting, inventory, purchases, sales and fixed assets.

● Retain our customers and keep them satisfied from our services and products.

● Provide support to our customers, receive tickets, inquiries, fill those tickets and
resolve them from development team – if needed.
● Doing whatever tasks given by management related to the implementation.

Qualifications:

o Education: Bachelors of Management Information Systems, IT.


o Experience: 1 year experience at least in related field.

Major Skills:

● Strong Communications & Soft Skills

● IT knowledge in installing, configuring and using tools like MS Office and MS SQL
Server.
● Accounting and inventory knowledge is plus.

Others: Having a car is plus.
