The Mercer Software Support Desk (MSSD) Senior Analyst will provide telephone and web-interface support to internal
and external users of Mercer's suite of technology products within Talent Technology Solutions
SOFTWARE SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING:
• Provide telephone and email software support to our external and internal clients on Mercer proprietary software that
falls under the Talent business.

The purpose of the Survey Implementation Analyst position is to work independently, on complex system
implementations for surveys, creating databases, creating/coding reports, and supporting survey data processing tools
to ensure the successful implementation of a suite of compensation and/or human resource practices survey products.
The Survey Implementation Analyst advises on the technical set-up of the surveys in compliance with client survey
project requirements and global implementation best practices and standards.

For complex survey implementation, create survey databases by using proprietary software (GST), setting-up Data
Dictionaries, creating data audits, coding customized reports, parameterizing benefit valuation calculations and setting

Provide tier 1 technical support to Survey Operations staff in resolving GST and Macro issues.
