1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Because of the technical nature of this Job Specification, it has not been translated
into Arabic. CONTRACTOR and SAUDI ARAMCO agree to be bound by the English
text.

1.2 This Schedule establishes the scope of the WORK to be performed by


CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Contract, and describes or references in Attachment
I the technical requirements that CONTRACTOR shall satisfy or adhere to in
accomplishing the WORK.

2. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

CONTRACTOR shall achieve WORK Completion ("Scheduled Completion Date").


Separable portions of the WORK specified in this Scope of Work shall be completed by the
dates or number of days specified therein ("Critical Milestone Dates").

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

3.1 CONTRACTOR shall maintain close consultation with Company Representative(s)


at all phases of construction to ensure safety and avoid any damage to facilities
and/or obstructing Company activities.

3.2 CONTRACTOR shall obtain the copy of the Loss Prevention Program of SAUDI
ARAMCO. CONTRACTOR shall confirm in full to the requirements herein.

3.3 CONTRACTOR shall obtain WORK permits prior to any demolition/ construction
WORK in accordance with G.I.2.100 “SAUDI ARAMCO Work Permit Instructions”.
CONTRACTOR shall confirm in full to the requirements herein.

3.4 CONTRACTOR shall obtain a copy of G.I.8.001 “Safety Requirement for


Scaffolding” prior to any scaffolding installations. CONTRACTOR shall confirm in
full to the requirements herein.

3.5 CONTRACTOR shall obtain a copy of G.I.7.028 “Crane Lifts Types and
Procedures” prior to operation of lifting equipment. CONTRACTOR shall confirm in
full to the requirements herein.

3.6 Project WORK site is at Ras Tanurah West Pier. CONTRACTOR shall be fully
competent to execute the project, and shall apply utmost safety precautions and
practices to safeguard human life and Company Property.

3.7 CONTRACTOR shall furnish labor, equipment, tool, and supervision to carry out
the WORK in accordance with the construction scope of WORK.

3.8 All construction operations referred to herein shall be the responsibility of the
CONTRACTOR unless specifically noted as the responsibility of other named
parties. CONTRACTOR and /or the Construction Agency shall strictly follow the
requirements of SAUDI ARAMCO Construction Safety Manual as well as the Loss
Prevention Manual.

3.9 CONTRACTOR shall provide the Company Representative the procedures for
executing all demolition/construction/installation works, including temporary
installation, safety and precaution measures, methods and equipment as well as
schedule of operations.

3.10 CONTRACTOR shall identify all possible hazards related to his WORK, in
accordance to SACSM “SAUDI ARAMCO Construction Safety Manual” and shall
report accordingly to the Company Representative prior to the execution of his
operations.

3.11 CONTRACTOR shall adhere strictly to the provisions of SACSM and SAEP-302 &
SAEP-1023 with regard to all phases of his WORK, including but not limited to
pre-construction operations, project control and coordination, commissioning
operations, quality control, hazard identification and rectification.

3.12 CONTRACTOR shall provide all incidental field repair/retrofit WORKs as well as
dismantling and/or reinstallation works required for the completion of the subject
project. CONTRACTOR shall report any damage(s) occurred during construction
to the Company Representative for review.

3.13 CONTRACTOR shall prepare detailed schedule of activities for review, comments
and approval by the Company Representative.

3.14 CONTRACTOR shall provide critical spare parts in accordance to SAEP-3102 that
CONTRACTOR shall fill SAUDI ARAMCO Cataloging Request Form for all
equipment that requires including all the support documents for cataloging
purposes.

4. PROJECT SUMMARY

The existing YORK Chillers and its associated parts are more than 18 years old.
They are always encountering breakdowns and in fact, one of the compressor was
already dead and no available spare parts could be bought to repair it, as per AC
Unit Terminal. For this matter, the water chilled pumps are currently running with
no standby in case of failure. It is recommended to upgrade West Pier Chillers.

4.1 The following is a general description of the work involved in this construction
scope of work:

Replacement of W/P Chillers, AHU’s, Pumps and DDC Panel

4.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall supply and install three (3) new Chillers.

4.1.2 CONTRACTOR shall demolish and replace existing foundations based on


the new chillers specification and installation details. CONTRACTOR shall
obtain approval of foundation design analysis and shop drawings from
SAUDI ARAMCO designer prior to start fabrication and installation of
rebar/formworks for the foundation. Any deviation from this procedure or
construction related deficiencies shall be absorbed by CONTRACTOR
without any financial impact to SAUDI ARAMCO.

4.1.3 CONTRACTOR shall submit the concrete and asphalt mix designs for
review and approval of SAUDI ARAMCO prior placement of concrete.

4.1.4 CONTRACTOR shall responsible to modify and adjust the existing fence
based on the new chiller location. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to
supply all materials including installation of fence and foundation as per
SAUDI ARAMCO standard AB-036677.001.02 Chain Link Fence (TYPE –
V).
4.1.5 CONTRACTOR shall modify and adjust existing guard rail based on the
new chiller location. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to supply all

materials including installation of guard rail per SAUDI ARAMCO Standard


drawing # AE-036412.001.00.

4.1.6 CONTRACTOR shall Excavate, Backfill and Compact soil for foundations in
accordance with SAES-A-114 and SAES-Q-005. CONTRACTOR shall
provide and utilize all equipment required to excavate soils including rock.
CONTRACTOR shall obtain SAUDI ARAMCO approval prior to any
excavation. Excavation shall be done with care to avoid damage to any
existing structures or utilities.

4.1.7 All backfilling materials shall meet the requirements of SAES-A-114.


CONTRACTOR shall perform all testing required to verify that the selected
soil to be used on the Project complies with requirements of SAES-A-114.

4.1.8 CONTRACTOR shall repair asphalt pavement that was


demolished/dismantled during construction as per SAES-Q-006

4.1.9 The CONTRACTOR shall replace supply and return Chilled water pipes
along with new fittings such as gate valve, globe valve, strainers, check
valve, pressure gauges and temperature gauges, actuator valves, flexible
rubber connector, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, drain valves
including other connectors as per existing site condition at the newly
installed chiller side/exposed portion only.

4.1.10 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Supply and Installation of 2” thick fiber
glass insulation with aluminum cladding over the modified part of the chilled
water piping.

4.1.11 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Supply and Installation the pipe support
for the modified part of the chilled water piping.

4.1.12 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Supply and Installation of 03 ea. New
Pumps.

4.1.13 The CONTRACTOR shall perform supply and Installation 01 ea. DDC panel
which controls newly installed chillers and pumps with complete termination.
All cables (control or power), conduits, fittings, supports and other required
materials for installation as a complete system shall be supplied by
CONTRACTOR.

4.1.14 The CONTRACTOR shall hook up the existing control cable to the newly
installed DDC of Chillers and Pumps.

4.1.15 The CONTRACTOR shall Supply and Install the 03 each NEMA-4X type
disconnect switch both for chillers and chilled water pumps.

4.1.16 CONTRACTOR shall demolish and replace all existing cables, conduits,
required fittings and supports interconnecting to the new chillers.

4.1.17 The CONTRACTOR shall hook up electrical connections from existing


disconnect switch to the chiller unit.

4.1.18 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Supply and Installation of chilled water
pumps along with modification of C.S pipe with complete accessories inside
Building # 101.

4.1.19 The CONTRACTOR shall perform hook up electrical connections from


existing start up panel to newly installed pumps.

4.1.20 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Testing, Adjusting and hydraulic (TAB
WORK) balancing of newly installed pumps.

4.1.21 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Startup and commissioning of the chiller
units, pumps and DDC panel. CONTRACTOR shall develop and provide all
required documents for SAUDI ARAMCO reference during testing.

4.1.22 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Supply and Installation of 12 ea. AHU’s
along with required accessories with matching equivalent capacity of
existing units.

4.1.23 The CONTRACTOR shall replace supply and return chilled water pipe of
newly installed AHU’s with C.S pipes along with its fitting such as gate
valve, strainers, 3-way valve, pressure gauges, temperature gauges
including other connectors as per existing site condition at the AHU side.

4.1.24 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Modification of ducting made of


galvanized steel ducts and other necessary items to match the new AHU’s.

4.1.25 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Modification of ducting for AHU with fiber
board insulation of 25mm thick 48 kg/m 3 density for indoor ducting and
outdoor ducting aluminum cladding.

4.1.26 The CONTRACTOR shall perform supply and Installation of 12 each starter
panel for newly installed AHU’s.

4.1.27 The CONTRACTOR shall perform hook up electrical connections from the
existing disconnect switches to AHU’s.

4.1.28 The CONTRACTOR shall perform supply and Installation of 01 each DDC
controller which controls 12 each newly installed AHU’s.

4.1.29 The CONTRACTOR shall hook up the existing control cable to newly
installed AHU and DDC. All cables (control or power), conduits, fittings,
supports and other required materials for installation as a complete system
shall be supplied by CONTRACTOR.

4.1.30 The CONTRACTOR shall perform Start up and commissioning of all newly
installed units. CONTRACTOR shall develop and provide new drawing
layout prior to testing.

4.1.31 CONTRACTOR shall coordinate and request to SAUDI ARAMCO for


disconnecting all power source of Chillers, AHU and pumps.

4.1.32 CONTRACTOR shall reinstatement all existing affected facilities such as,
but not limited to, walls, cladding, ceiling, floor, panels, electrical & water
line utilities etc. shall be considered

6 MATERIALS

Please Refer to the Attached BOQ Upgrading of Chillers for West Pier
Facilities, Rastanura

7 TEMPORARY PORTABLE OFFICE

Prior to execution of the project, CONTRACTOR shall provide and connect the utilities of
temporary portable office and portable toilet for the Upgrad in g of Ch illers for West Pier
facilities, R astan u ra. assigned by SA representative during the execution of the Project.

i. The CONTRACTOR shall provide temporary Portable office that


accommodates workstations for employees with an overall size to be
determined in site.

ii. The CONTRACTOR shall install foundations and accessories such as AC unit,
lightings and other accessories that shall comply as per SAUDI Aramco
Standards.

iii. The CONTRACTOR shall install all required fire protection equipment as per
SA relevant standards for portable offices. That includes fire detection and fire
protection systems.

iv. The CONTRACTOR shall provide portable with 220v / 110v power outlets and
install supply power cables connected from nearest breaker room. That
includes all required and associated work such as excavation, backfilling and
asphalting.

v. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a portable office that generally comply with
SA standards.

vi. The CONTRACTOR shall provide foundations for toilet portable building.

vii. The CONTRACTOR shall provide and install the required lighting.

viii. The CONTRACTOR shall provide and install ventilation.

ix. The CONTRACTOR shall provide and install sufficient AC units.

x. The CONTRACTOR’s Temporary Portable office shall be reviewed by LPD,


FrPD, and other organization prior to installation at West Pier Facility.

8 DESCRIPTION OF WORK - DEMOLITION

8.1 General

Demolition work shall be strictly scheduled and completed as approved by SAUDI


ARAMCO Representative while operation of the facility is going on except of some
unavoidable circumstances for a minimum possible time. Full care shall be taken
to avoid damage to facilities, which are not to be demolished.

8.2 Project Requirements

8.2.1 The CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with SAUDI ARAMCO representative to


identify the existing power sources supplying the affected existing area during the
Upgrad in g of Ch illers for West Pier facilities, R astan u ra . The affected electrical
power sources shall be safely disconnected prior to start of any demolition work.

8.2.2 The CONTRACTOR shall disconnect and safely remove all existing electrical
equipments and devices, wiring and conduits in the affected area. The
demolished equipments /devices shall be transferred to SAUDI ARAMCO
designated storage site.

8.2.3 The CONTRACTOR shall protect existing items which are not indicated to be
demolished.

8.2.4 The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for repairing of any damage caused by
his work to the existing building or to the adjacent work site, or any such damage,
which is caused during course of demolition and installation.

8.2.5 Materials from demolition work, except as indicated shall be removed from work
site. Trash and debris shall be removed daily unless otherwise directed, and shall
not be allowed to accumulate either inside or outside of the work site.

8.2.6 CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to provide transportation for sending


demolish equipment and materials at reclamation or dump site area as required.
CONTRACTOR shall submit/provide lists of demolish equipment and materials

per trip for SAUDI ARAMCO approval prior processing Material Gate Pass.
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to provide pallet on dismantled equipment
and materials for reclamation.

9 DESCRIPTION OF NEW WORK

Please refer to Clause 4.1.

10 WORKMANSHIP

10.1 The Contractor shall assign personnel in direct charge or works who are
thoroughly experienced in the class of construction work specified herein and upon
request by Saudi Aramco, shall certify such persons.

10.2 All labor shall be skilled workers and work shall be performed in a skillful manner
by skilled workers and under the supervision of a competent foreman.

11. SPECIAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

11.1 Work Permits

11.1.1 Issuing

CONTRACTOR shall request and SAUDI ARAMCO shall issue work permits and
all other permits in accordance with section 29 of SAUDI ARAMCO Construction
Safety Manual and G.I. 2.100 Work Permit System. Work Permits shall only be
issued to CONTRACTOR personnel who are certified to receive permits.

11.1.2 Initiating

CONTRACTOR shall initiate timely requisitions for Work Permits per G.1.2.100 to
avoid unnecessary delays. CONTRACTOR is required to provide personnel
qualified by Saudi Aramco to receive work permit.

Specific Items of Concerns are:

 A work permit shall be obtained prior to starting any work activity inside the
Saudi Aramco facility.
 At least 48 hours advance notice shall be required for issuing work permit.

12 INSPECTION AND TESTING

12.1 General

12.1.1 The Contractor shall prepare and submit a quality control plan based on
SAEP-1154 to Saudi Aramco Representative. The quality control plan must
be approved by the Saudi Aramco Representative before commencing any
work. It will be the basis of the workmanship.

12.1.2 The Contractor shall check and verify that all installation works are as per
approved for Construction drawings and of relevant to Saudi Aramco
Standard drawings for this EWO (Engineering Work Order).

12.1.3 All works shall comply pursuant to SAES, Industry Standard and
Specifications mentioned in the scope of work.

12.1.4 The Contractor shall advice Saudi Aramco Representative of the schedule
of testing and pre-commissioning activities to witness the test.

The following SAUDI ARAMCO Pre-commissioning Forms shall apply:

K-001 HVAC
P-000 Testing Guideline

13 AS-BUILT DRAWINGS

The construction team shall keep complete and correct records of all changes (as-built
conditions) that occurred during construction. These construction changes shall be
properly marked on full size drawing prints (using “Red” pencil for additions and “Green”
for deletion). No other marks shall be on the prints except as-built information. Two (2)
sets of full size, as-built mark-up shall be submitted to Saudi Aramco Representative
within two (2) weeks of the completion of construction work. The “As-built” records shall
be subject to the examination by the Saudi Aramco Project Engineer. Failure to submit
the ‘Record Drawings’ at the completion of the work may result in the Contractor’s final
payment being withheld.

14 WARRANTY

CONTRACTOR warrants by his acceptance of the Contract that all work done will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall provide warranty to remedy
defects which shall appear within two (2) years from date of project final acceptance and
approval which shall be in the form of warranty written on the letter head of the
CONTRACTOR.

If during the period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance and approval,
defects in materials, workmanship or performance appears, the Contractor shall without
cost to the company, remedy such defects within a reasonable time to be specified in
notice by Saudi Aramco. In default, Saudi Aramco may have such work done at the
Contractor’s expense.

15 GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 SAUDI ARAMCO shall notify the CONTRACTOR, in writing, of the designated
Company Representative and all contacts with SAUDI ARAMCO shall be through
the designated Company Representative. SAUDI ARAMCO will notify the
CONTRACTOR promptly of any change in designation of Company
Representative. The Company Representative will administer this Contract on
behalf of SAUDI ARAMCO.

15.2 CONTRACTOR shall notify SAUDI ARAMCO, in writing, of the designated


CONTRACTOR Representative and all contacts with the CONTRACTOR will be
through the CONTRACTOR Representative. CONTRACTOR shall notify SAUDI
ARAMCO promptly of any change in the designation of CONTRACTOR
Representative.

15.3 CONTRACTOR Representative shall establish jointly with the Company


Representative the working hours and supervisory and management personnel
coverage for the WORK prior to commencement of the WORK. Any deviations
from established working hours shall be jointly agreed by CONTRACTOR and the
Company Representative.

15.4 CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of all requested material specifications, test
data, catalogues and vendor drawings to the Company Representative for review
and approval prior to purchase.

15.5 Exercise of SAUDI ARAMCO’s right to review, inspect, monitor or approve WORK
shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of any of its obligations under this Contract and

shall not constitute a basis for claims by CONTRACTOR for delays or additional
compensation from SAUDI ARAMCO.

15.6 Whenever a Change Order, Amendment, or any other incident delays or has the
potential to delay the WORK, CONTRACTOR shall notify the Company
Representative, in writing, within twenty four (24) hours.

15.7 Whenever actual progress of the WORK is behind schedule, CONTRACTOR shall
prepare and submit a written Delay Analysis Report which shall outline the
reasons for the delay, quantify the delay, explain the impact on other activities,
propose alternative plans to overcome the delay and estimate the overall impact
on the completion of the WORK.

15.8 CONTRACTOR shall be fully responsible for WORK-Site Safety, Security and
implementation of positive accident prevention measures in accordance with
SAUDI ARAMCO Construction Safety Manual.

15.9 Other contractors may be performing work adjacent to or within the WORK Site.
CONTRACTOR shall coordinate and schedule the WORK to minimize the
interference and delays to other contractors and the work. CONTRACTOR shall
attend and take part in any coordination meetings which may be called by SAUDI
ARAMCO for this purpose.

15.10 CONTRACTOR’s skilled operators of heavy equipment must possess appropriate


certification required by SAUDI ARAMCO. A Saudi Arab Government Operator’s
License is also required for operation of each type of heavy equipment. SAUDI
ARAMCO Construction Safety Manual and related SAUDI ARAMCO regulations
shall be adhered to at all times.

15.11 CONTRACTOR shall remove, on a daily basis and during the term of this
Contract, from the WORK Site any existing construction debris and any other
unusable materials whether or not caused by CONTRACTOR. It shall be
deposited in a Company Representative approved dump area.

15.12 Smoking shall be strictly prohibited in all areas except where expressly allowed by
SAUDI ARAMCO, and “No Smoking” Signs shall be posted throughout all areas
where smoking is prohibited. All smoking areas shall be so designated, by SAUDI
ARAMCO, for smoking. The entire area occupied by a storage yard shall be
designated a “No Smoking” Area.

15.13 A sign in Arabic and English shall be posted outside and close to the main
entrance gate to the storage yard listing the names and telephone numbers of
both CONTRACTOR Representative and the Company Representative to be
contacted in case of emergency.

15.14 CONTRACTOR shall replace all fences, gates, and similar structures removed to
facilitate WORK execution and shall return them to their original condition prior to
Mechanical Completion.

15.15 CONTRACTOR shall inform Saudi Aramco Representative for any changes on the
roaster of their key personnel. Relieving of personnel should be rendered in formal
letter request by the CONTRACTOR at least two (2) working days prior approval of
the Saudi Aramco Representative.

16 CONTRACTOR's RESPONSIBILITES

16.1 Before commencing the WORK, CONTRACTOR shall check existing conditions
and all dimensions involved in the project to ensure compatibility with drawings
and documents.

16.2 Prior to start of WORK, the CONTRACTOR shall submit Health, Safety,
Environmental (H.S.E.) Program and to provide a safety plan and a job specific
Hazard Identification Plan (H.I.P) for Marine Projects Coordinator review and
approval prior to mobilization.

16.3 CONTRACTOR shall provide an on-site office facility furnished with a first aid
station at the site designated by the Company Representative. CONTRACTOR's
facility shall include a material lay down area and separate structure for storage of
hazardous material and materials requiring protection from the weather.

16.4 CONTRACTOR shall provide side/underneath temporary staging throughout


inspection/repair periods.

16.5 CONTRACTOR shall provide safe access from the gate for loading and unloading
of people and materials.

16.6 CONTRACTOR shall provide traffic control and safety lighting for all areas on or
adjacent to WORK where CONTRACTOR’s WORK, equipment and personnel

may present a hazard or hindrance to the public in accordance with SAUDI


ARAMCO requirements. CONTRACTOR shall protect all utilities from damages
while working.

16.7 Upon request by SAUDI ARAMCO, CONTRACTOR shall provide any shop
drawings, calculations or construction procedures required to clarify conflicts in the
drawings.

16.8 CONTRACTOR shall conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the Company
Representative to discuss the status of various phases of the WORK, methods for
resolving difficulties encountered or foreseen and other topics relevant to the
WORK. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the meeting minutes. Repair
schedule/sequence should be agreed with the Company Representative in order
to ensure minimum disruption to operations.

16.9 CONTRACTOR shall comply with all welding procedures set forth in applicable
SAUDI ARAMCO Engineering Standards. All welds are subject to X-ray
examination and SAUDI ARAMCO shall provide radiography service during
periods of time specified by or agreed to by SAUDI ARAMCO.

16.10 Ensure that CONTRACTOR’s personnel and their personal effects, vehicles,
materials, tools and equipment are available for inspection whenever requested by
SAUDI ARAMCO and ensure that anything brought into the WORK Site can easily
pass visual inspection. No adjustment in Contract Price or additional time shall be
authorized if delays result due to additional inspection requirements because of
CONTRACTOR’s non-performance.

16.11 CONTRACTOR shall exercise extreme caution when excavating under buried
lines or in the area of buried piping and electrical cable. Damages to buried lines,
piping or cables shall be reported immediately to the Company Representative
and repaired in accordance with the Company Representative’s instructions at
CONTRACTOR's expense.

16.12 In addition to the requirements set forth in Paragraph 1 of Section-I to the


Contract’s terms & Conditions, the WORK Schedule shall be presented on a
Critical Path Method (CPM) diagram and include all WORK items. The CPM will
be updated as required or when directed by SAUDI ARAMCO.

16.13 CONTRACTOR shall submit to the Company Representative for written approval,
any modifications to or deviations from the technical provisions which in
CONTRACTOR’s judgment will advance Completion Date and/or minimize
operating costs or improve the efficiency with no sacrifice in quality or safety of the
WORK and personnel. CONTRACTOR shall not implement any modification to the
Contract, Drawings or specifications prior to obtaining written approval from the
Company Representative.

16.14 CONTRACTOR shall confirm in writing receipt and understanding of all verbal
instruction or operational agreements communicated between SAUDI ARAMCO
and CONTRACTOR before such instructions or agreements are implemented.

16.15 Following completion of repairs, repaired areas should be closely monitored on a


daily basis for at least the first week in order to report any shrinkage cracking or
any sign of materials distress or non-efficiency of installed materials.

17. QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)

17.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide Quality Assurance (QA) to assure that all
specifications and standards of the Contract are met. CONTRACTOR’s QA
activities shall include Quality Control (QC), inspection, testing, examination and
all other QC functions.

17.2 CONTRACTOR shall provide all QC activities for the procurement of equipment
and materials and the construction of the facilities. SAUDI ARAMCO reserves the
right to monitor and visit plants or other inspection locations with or without prior
notice to CONTRACTOR, vendors or manufacturers.

17.3 CONTRACTOR shall perform all QA/QC functions in accordance with SAUDI
ARAMCO's system of standards, codes, practices, procedures and specifications.

17.4 Requirements for inspection, testing or examination during the procurement and
construction phases may be waived only with SAUDI ARAMCO’s written approval.
SAUDI ARAMCO reserves the right to waive inspection of material or equipment to
be purchased for the Facilities any time it is deemed necessary or desirable by
SAUDI ARAMCO.

17.5 Waiver of SAUDI ARAMCO standards or specifications during the procurement


and construction phases requires the prior written approval of SAUDI ARAMCO.
Requests for waivers must be submitted to the Company Representative on
SAUDI ARAMCO Form 6409 at least two weeks prior to the date of inspection of
the material, equipment or construction activity which is the subject of the waiver
request.

17.6 All repair materials should be used in accordance with the Manufacturers’
recommendations.

18. CLEAN-UP

18.1 CONTRACTOR shall clean all debris outside and inside the building upon
completion of this WORK. Damages are CONTRACTOR’s liabilities until final
inspection by SAUDI ARAMCO Representative has been done. Replacement and
supply of any damaged material are responsibility of CONTRACTOR without any
additional cost from SAUDI ARAMCO.

18.2 It is CONTRACTOR’s responsibility to leave the WORK site clean and orderly
upon completion of the WORK. The site shall be left clean & tidy daily to the
approval of SAUDI ARAMCO Representative.

19. TRAFFIC VIOLATION

In the event that CONTRACTOR’s Personnel fail to comply with any traffic rule in effect in
SAUDI ARAMCO communities or elsewhere, SAUDI ARAMCO shall have the right to take
any corrective actions as stated in the SAUDI ARAMCO Marine Instruction Manual (MIM
1192.004) and/or SAUDI ARAMCO General Instruction (GI 6.030) or either of their
successors as in effect from time to time.
