(HP QC/ALM) with 6 - 10 years of hands-on design/ build application experience.

Seeking a senior level HP Quality Centre Administrator (HP QC/ALM) with 6 to 10


Years of hands-on experience in HP QC/ALM Environment Design, Implementation
Administration, Upgrade and Operations.

Administrative tasks for designing and implementing HP QC Functionality

• Experience implementing new functionality in HP QC


• Setting up roles permissions for QC users
• Customization and configuration of the project as per project requirement
• Designing and developing workflows and configurations
• Customization developing templates
• Customizing within the dashboard/reporting module
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project and operational risks
• Ability to coordinate activities with various technical teams (network,
database, architecture) to structure solutions
• Development and communication of tool usage best practise
• Understanding and developing of SQL Queries
• Good knowledge of VB scripting
• Experienced in QC OTA API for maintenance and enhancement for internal
tools.
• Understanding of ODBC
• Knowledge in excel macro creation.
• Knowledge of HP Sprinter Functionality

Administrative tasks for Application Maintenance :

• ALM 11.5 Installation and environment design


• Migration of projects to ALM v11.5
• Patch upgrade implementation
• ALM Project creation and maintenance
• Monitoring and proactive management of centralised shared tool services
such as licence servers, databases, application services and the infrastructure
that underpins these
• Tool configuration and administration including user administration
• Tool license utilisation monitoring and reporting
• Integration with other HP
• Enhancement of adaptors to integrate 3rd Party tools with ALM

General Requirements
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing
priorities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to think of new solutions and be proactive to go with a Can-do attitude.
• General knowledge of SDLC
• Proven verbal and written skills to communicate /report to both technical and non-
technical audiences
• Demonstrates leadership in the development of technical innovations and ensuring
optimal collaboration and knowledge sharing
