    Dear Sir,

    I am submitting this letter to request a one-day leave of absence on Thursday (January 30, 2020).

    I will be attending my cousin’s wedding which will be held at LM Hotel, Tetuan, Zamboanga City.

    The wedding will begin at 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon but I was asked to be there in the morning

    to do the necessary preparations for the event.
