- this is a work of Manny Montelibano during 2011, it is made by video installation and compose with an disseminate
information of different various known people in the world with the astonishing work or milieu during their time which
creates an endless ripple effects that triggered the citizens; which very relevant to the art work of apologies same-
wise with the glitch effect of the video base.

B. Reaction to the work

2. the very essential main points which in the inconvenience itself while watching it; where it is full of glitch or scratch
screen effect the shows unpleasing to the eye; same-wise with their history and impact to the society which
controversy like the Hitler milieu and pope benedict and more which is very inconvenient.

3. I think as Filipino citizen, it was originally a slide form but at mcad it was made by different tv’s; which shows
different tv’s has different story and give worst impact to the people; maybe he is affected in a way the political
system where being exploited the filipino like wise with other country that people were being marginalize and
oppressed by political parties, but the explanation was to show the inconvenience brought by the television congruent
to the inconvenience brought by the famous leaders to our country or the world rather.

4. yes, it was very significant in a way for me it was very eudaimonia concept of art where there was self-
actualization for me the change is needed and people must have the initiative to make it inevitable; which indicates
our perspective must show the red tape of the government. It increase my knowledge that not only the Philippines
