The letter “C” has two sounds:
consonants “Kuh , ” like in “cat , ” “car” and “coat ,”
and “Sss , ” like in “city ,” “cent” and

The letter “S” There are some rules on when the


“S” says , “Sss” or “Zzz , ” but these
