F. Terms & Conditions

1. Fees is usually to be paid quarterly in advance unless a different payment plan is
opted by the parent.
2. Late payment fee of Rs.10/- per day for first 5 days, Rs.50/- per day for next 25 days.
Automatic rustication and security forfeiture after 30 days.
3. Transport Fees can be paid quarterly or for entire year. Transport fees may be revised
based on fuel prices.
4. School & Hostel Fees once submitted will not be refunded unless transfer case.
Application for TC and refund of Security has to be given one month in advance.
5. Child once admitted in hostel will not be allowed to become Day Scholar unless
approved by Management. Hostel Fees once submitted will not be adjusted in Day
Scholar fees amount.
6. Security amount will be refunded only after the child completes one academic
session, except in case of transfer/posting.
7. Any discount offered will be applicable for this year only and the student should
complete one full session.
8. Additional charges for laundry, extra classes, books & uniform will be as applicable.
