GRADE 10 DURIAN CLASS OFFICERS’

TERMS OF REFERENCE

PRESIDENT
The Class President shall officially represent the class at any function on or off the campus. He shall preside over
all meetings. He shall enforce the policies of the school and lead school programs and project in the class level.

VICE-PRESIDENT
The Class Vice-President shall assist the President in all matters where her assistance is necessary. She shall
supervise the class in planning meetings and activities.

SECRETARY
The Class Secretary shall keep accurate records of the minutes and document proceedings in meetings.

TREASURER
The Class Treasurer shall keep all financial records of the class and be the one responsible for any information
related to class activity funds.

AUDITOR
The Class Auditor shall audit expenditures of the class. She shall keep and update the inventory of all class
property.

SERGEANT AT ARMS
The Class Sergeant at Arms shall help the officers in maintaining peace and order at all times and shall act as
disciplinary officers.

PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER

The Class P.I.O. shall disseminate information and updates relevant to the conduct of classes and programs.

MUSE AND ESCORT

The Class Muse and Escort shall maintain the good image of the class by serving as a role model in terms of
punctuality, character, academic performance and well-being.

CLASS MONITOR
The Class Monitor shall check the attendance of all learners every class period, including during the flag
ceremony and flag retreat. She shall give daily updates to the Class Adviser for incidents of absences, tardiness and
cutting classes.

BUSINESS MANAGER
The Class Business Manager shall lead the class in its participation during meetings, programs and projects
implementation on and off the campus.
