1) ST LP Rotor Repair:
LSB reassembly & L-0 finger dovetail hole reaming and fitting : 17th June ~ 23rd July
2018, GE informed that special reamers is under manufacturing and expected by
20th July 2018. Therefore, HSB activities are re-planned in last week of July 2018.
2) Rotor journal & Thrust:
Journal & Thrust Collar Machining : 8th June ~ 19th June [Completed]
According to journal machined size, bearing pads modification is required.
GE engineering review is in progress.
3) Diaphragms / packing head, casing, ring / oil deflectors / bearing #1~3:
Transportation from GE India shop: 21 June 2018
On Site: Middle of August 2018
(Total 42 Packages, excluding 4 Journal bearing #1, 2, 3 and LP-IP Rotor).

NRR dated on 23 June 2018.

Cleaning and Inspection is in progress, after inspection detail schedule will be shared
with EGCB.
- Steam line pipe two (2) flanges surface has heavy pittings due to corrosion, it is
required to send workshop for rectification works.
3 Agreed by EGCB to SCT
- Samsung will provide certificate of public university as per requirement of SRO73. SCT
- EGCB inspected the maintenance tools. After handover the temporary container
EGCB will be responsible for Maintenance tools custody.
4 Request by SCT to EGCB
- Letter of Credit to be extended. SCT sent official letter in this regard on 27 May 2018
(Letter ref: SID-SCT-EGC-LT-0379-RR). EGCB is requested to reply by 2 Jun 2018. EGCB ASAP
- EGCB already sent Extension request to Sonali Bank and Sonali Bank sent swift
message to negotiating bank on 28 June 2018.
