Religion is not an obstruction in globalization. It makes us one.
Even though we do not
belong on the same group, we only believe in one God. Religion brings peace in this world. We have different beliefs and practices but this doesn’t mean that we must compete with each other. The growth of religion movement plays a big role in globalization. For instance, knowing the beliefs and practices of Muslims will help people or businessmen rather what to offer in a place where majority of Muslim lives. Obviously, they should not export goods like pork. They should only export goods that will be consumed by the Muslims. I have read in an article and it stated that The Roman Catholic Church is the oldest global institution, and certainly is continuing this today. It is the largest Christian Church. Practices and beliefs of Catholics like prayer meeting, mass and healing, worship concerts, fellowship camps, and celebrating the feast of patrons of each parish. These practices help a lot in reshaping this globalizing world, this are the ways of spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ. These activities are also the way to reach out people and help them to ablaze their faith in God. One of these practices, celebrating the feast of patron is also done in another country specifically in Los Angeles. I have known some people who live in Los Angeles who are also celebrating the feast of our patron St. Rose of Lima. With this, some people who As companies expand, it is important to consider overall business and expansion plans to ensure they are fair, ethical and contribute to overall well-being of people and the environment, rather than subtract from it.
