Objectives/Agenda: To ensure the maintenance and sustenance of a

conducive learning environment in order for the pupils to improve their mind
and body state through a well-ventilated and comfortable classroom.

Highlights of the Activity (In Narrative or Bullet Form)

 The project was initiated by the parents of the learners as part of their
consciousness and concern to support the school in providing a conducive
learning environment.
 Through the initiative of the parents and their learners they have solicited and
contributed significant monetary funds in the amount of P______.
 The said amount was then utilized to procure (2) two wall fans for the
classroom.
 The said wall fans were installed by one of the parent leader last
__________(date).
 The undersigned teacher incharge initiated the turn-over ceremony of the wall
fans to the school together with the parents and the learners
last____________(date).
 The project wall fan is now fully operational and functional and is already
benefiting the students welfare and performance of the beneficiary class.

Results and Output

Improved learning condition of the classroom through a well-ventilated setting

that allowed the students to focus and perform more in class.
Reduce the amount of stress and discomfort and stress among learners and
teachers in facilitating the various classroom activities.
