High Standard policing

As a police officer, it has been my primary standard practice to perform

with utmost efficiency in the conduct of our job and enhance our knowhow
on the whereabouts of our tasks. As a police relations officer, I make sure
that I equip myself with sufficient knowledge regarding the assignment
such community information campaign, information’s operations and several
community assistance efforts, I always do a thorough research on the
campaigns that we advocate so that I can effectively communicate the
message that we want to deliver to our prospect clienteles. Mastery of the
subject matter to be delivered is very vital in order to ensure that holistic
and substantial information is delivered to the clienteles. Further in order
for me to be always efficient, I always ensure that I prepare and perform
my tasks on or even before the deadline schedule, thus ensuring a well-
crafted and a well delivered performance report of duty is in place. I always
adhere to saying that still Honesty in Practice is Still the Best Policy in the
conduct of work. Always perform the best practices and follow the standard
protocol in order that I maintain the best practice worth emulating by
others.

2. Internal Cleansing Program

As a police officer, it is one of the most critical factor that I adhere with
strict compliance to the organizational disciplines, follow with obedience the
existing rules, laws and regulations and the standard operating procedures
that I should be religiously implement. In the performance of my duties, I
always maintain the value of morality and etiquette which serves as my
guiding principle on how to uphold a moral and just public servant of the
community. Familiarization of these principles and practices is essential for
a community relations officer because you serve as a role model to your
fellow police officer. You bring anytime and anywhere the image of your
profession. I always ensure that whatever I do, I make sure that I do not
entertain corrupt practices by all means, and that what should be my
priority is for the welfare of the general public. That as an oath of honour
and valour, I always make sure that my conscience is not tainted with
malicious intent that may harm myself, my comrades and the whole
organization. That I should not tolerate any acts of disgrace amongst my
colleagues that will dishonour our profession because I believe that by
protecting the image of your profession is a way of protecting the integrity
and morale of your organization. On a personal note I, myself is doing a
campaign for a corrupt free institution.

3. Team work

As a police officer it is very crucial to be a team player. The success of every

operation depends on the cooperation and coordination amongst members. In the
 conduct of my tasks as a police relations officers, I always make sure that the way
we do the activity is in a participatory manner. I made it a point that my
colleagues has the chance to contribute ideas in the roll out of the program so that
everybody in the group can experience a deep sense of engagement in the
program. It takes a good team player to conduct advocacy campaigns, because in
order for the program to be successful, smooth coordination is needed to
assemble the community recipients. Covering a wider area of operation, for
example in the dialogue operations, in order to effectively implement the program
there should be a cohesive team work amongst the police officer members in the
coordination amongst the barangay officials and target community stakeholders. It
takes a lot of patience, understanding and support especially when stressful
problems occur. As a police officer a good sense of professionalism and
interpersonal skills among colleagues is necessary for a long term successful
operations…

4. Anti-criminality program, especially anti-illegal drugs operations-

As a police relations officer, one of the important tasks assigned to me is the

Barangay Drug clearing operations wherein I have to ensure that every barangay
is validated to be a drug free barangay. This tasks so far is the most significant
tasks that I have experienced in the entire career police operations assigned to
me, because this made me realized the importance of the importance of police
officers in making itself available and visible to the community in order to maintain
peace and order and a violence free community. In the conduct of this operations
effectively, it is a must that there is a strong will and dedication amongst the
police officer to conduct the campaign. There are many challenges and issues
being bombarded but as long as you stick to the existing laws and guidelines and
protocols then there is nothing to fear. It is but important to inform the community
on the benefits of this campaign and let them realize that this is for the general
welfare and protection of the community.
