MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

The undersigned is appealing for a reconsideration regarding the result of my son, John Orbe
visa application to enter your country as a tourist. Respectfully to mention are reasons to
consider are as follow:

1. Attached herewith is the invitation letter of his brother Paul Getty Orbe , who is my son an
Australian Citizen.
2. As his mother who was just granted a multiple entry visa for the third time by the good
embassy, I guaranty that John Orbe will return to our country of residence, likewise, proof
of return of my daughter, Ruth Orbe Liu and her daughters, Ruthishenel and Rustine Dior
Orbe Liu were demonstrated in January 16, 2020 after their tours.
3. That John Orbe will be my moral companion in the tour to Australia and back to Manila. As
he was previously granted to travel to the U.S. with me.
4. That we apologize for the inconsistency about submission of financial income as to Orbesun
Travel Corporation, a family owned company too, which was our former business
establishment started 1997 and presently non operational temporarily due to false matue
and Hacienda Sta. Priscilla although acquired in the year 2000 is only registered to Security
and Exchange Commission in 2019 for its legitimate operation.
5. That I am executing this Motion for Reconsideration for I believe that my son, John Orbe,
born in January 2, 1969, applied for an Australian tourist visa last December 17, 2019 with
Application ID 1475634719, Transaction Reference number EG00HDQOV2, File number
BCC2019/6705719 having paid visa application charge receipt number 9016316948 with
prayers that he will be granted a tourist visa to enter your country to the least privilege he
may allow.
