Venus Ceramics follow strategic planning to drive the long range planning process.

Business Planning:

Venus Ceramics follows business plans to manage the their business and provide commercial
analytical support to our operators.

Financial Investment:

Managers make their focus on returns displayed through control of our investment processes.

Tactical Plans:

Venus Ceramics follow tactical plans to make high threat from other alternatives companies from
short to medium term.

Unit Plans:

Venus Ceramics follow unit plans to make plans within the department to manage work teams.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES OF OPERATION

MANAGER:

The Operation management is the process of transformation that takes sets of inputs and transforms
them into outputs. PEIL is providing services to its customers. Operation management includes
effective management, scheduling and control.
Develop Operation System:

PEIL manager develop good environment in the company. They are responsible for their working
hours, labor and maintaining the profit.

Marketing Operation Managers:

Marketing operation manager make sure that all the deliveries are delivered on time and customers
are satisfy with them. They also check the production development work

Decision Making Process:

All the managers are involved in decision making criteria of a firm. all manager are responsible
for making a company successful to make right decision at decision at every time at every
where.

A person who train all the manager of a company he provide training to staff and making
decisions regarding to company.

A person who is chief commercial officer of the company and he is responsible for all the
decision of a company such as share , sales rate of growth etc.

customers follow decision making process while choosing a specific product according to their
needs and wants.

Make Plans For Budget:

The PEIL Managers develop plans about the budget. They manage all the accounts and make sure
production don’t go out of budget.

Identification of a Problem:

customers allocated their needs and wants the tube lights and fans is the need of every home.

Identification of criteria:

while making the decisions customer keeps in mind that what they want and what is their need.
they make sure to get its product on a responsible price with best taste, environment and
customer services.

Allocation of weight decision criteria:

customers allocate the factors that they need from its product and make factor its priority.

Development of Alternative:

ceramics is not only one style or one shop. they are many other alternative like it. e.g Arshad
Ceramics, Gujranwala Ceramics.

Analysis of Alternatives:

Customer analysis all the factors which they have in mind to satisfy their need and wants. They
make a comparison between all other Ceramics Company in view of their prices,
environment,Styles and customer services.

Selection of Alternatives:

Customer select best selling Company according to their needs. They know it is in business for
years and have the best style and many with other factors.

Implementation of Selected Alternatives:

After analysis the whole situation and making a decision they implement on their decision and
come to buy the Venus Ceramics products.

Evaluation of Decision’s Effectiveness:

Customer give feedback that they are satisfy with the decision because Venus Ceramics met the
criteria that they were intended for.

Production System:

Any of the method used in industry to create goods and services from various resources. PELIC
use different method to sale their products tube lights ,fans etc. The Customers Should easily
purchase it also on order .PELIC used job shop method in his production system.

In PELIC Customers with different needs and wants like tubelight, fans, sell on customers demand.
so they used job shop method. A job shop companies of general purpose machines arranged into
different departments, each job demand unique technological requirements demands processing
on machines in sequence.

All employees in Venus Ceramics are highly skilled who can operate several different type of
machinery. They paid salary its depend on product. paid salaries to worker week to week.
