Description of Project:

Kotli is one of the big City of State of Azad Jammu of Kashmir. Population of Kotli city is
increasing day by day due to migration of people from peripheral area of Kotli city for better
opportunities of education of children and for better livings. Due to all these factors Kotli city is
spreading.

It is need of day that Kotli city should be technically planned for future extension and to
meet the existing problems of traffic, conjunction, irrational construction etc. so an estimate is
hereby forwarded with title “Master Planning of Kotli City”.
