Request sample and Intertek TH submit Consignee shall be Local
the permit letter with TISI Representative

POA letter, Copy ID card of authorize person,

Company registration and Tax registration
Request POA
from local rep. *All document need to sign by authorize person
and chopped company seal
1 week for document preparation

Submit application Testing and inspection can perform

with TISI in parallel

1 week for TISI assignment officer

Make an appointment with TISI for Arrangement trip for

review and sampling product factory inspection

Reservation xx weeks to apply VISA

Pass sample to Onsite 2 days at

the lab factory

2 3 weeks for report issuance

2 weeks without queue up

Test Report Inspection Report

TISI received report and

passed to responsible
officer

1 week for TISI internal process

TISI review Reports

15 working days

TISI release Certificate
