I write to express my interest towards working in your progressive organisation. I am a

twenty six year old man who is very passionate towards human development, capacity
building, socio economic and political transformation in Zimbabwe and Africa as a whole,
espoused by the concept of Ubuntu that binds Africans. With high interests in gender
equality, rule of law and human rights issues across the political divide in Africa despite of
age, gender, ethnicity and political differences. I hold a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree
in Politics and Public Administration from Great Zimbabwe University and currently
studying towards an attainment of a Master’s Degree in International Affairs under the
Midlands State University level 1.2.

I endeavour to effectively perform my entire task as required by the organisation and

maintain the standards as defined by the superior authorities with due diligence. Given the
opportunity to be part of the internees’ l will perform my duties with perseverance, dedication
and loyalty. It is my aim to make and be part of the successful team that will be directly
involved in making Zimbabwe and Africa a better place for everyone. It is in my believe that
l have a role to play in making the world a better place for all despite political differences,
race , gender and colour.

The nature of my studies in politics and public administration and International Relations has
matured me to have an appreciation of global trends, Multicultural environment which
include people of different color, race, and ethnicity across regions. My experiences in the
Judicial Service Commission help me to develop skills in analyzing, identifying and
verification of information from different stakeholders. It has helped me in dealing with a
number of cases from different organizations, individuals from different backgrounds,
different level of intellectuality and different political opinions. It is therefore in my view that
if considered in your organization I will be in a better position in understanding global trends,
analyzing of information from different stakeholders and liaise with people of different age
groups, race, color, political afflictions and ethnicity.
