rules and Regulations

As approved & discussed in 4th annual AGM held on 22nd Sep 2019 (Point no 6.5 of AGM
minutes of the meeting) Management Committee has done some amendment in existing Car
& Two wheeler policy. We hereby again circulate the parking rules and regulations to all the
society members.

Management Committee was expected to check and evaluate if we there is a room for
additional car parking space in society premises. Accordingly, a complete check was done of
the premises and 4 new car parking space has been identified.

As discussed in last AGM, society can rent these identified car parking to the members with a
minimum rental of Rs.1500 per month. Members are requested to apply for same with a
written consent by 11th Jan’20 to society office. If there are more than 5 applications,
allocation of parking will be done basis a lottery draw process (To be held on 19th Jan’20 in
society office) in front of all the members who have applied. Please note these are temporary
parking space and management committee has rights to revoke and alter spaces.

Members having allotted parking can collect sticker from society office by 10th Jan’20.

1. This is to inform all the society members regarding new rules and regulations of
parking in society members. The whole purpose of parking is to ensure that maximum
members staying within society can take benefit of parking a 4 wheeler and their bike.

2. We are going to initiate parking stickers to the car and bike which are parked in the
society. To begin with this we are going to issue application forms which is to be filled
and submitted to society office. Post receipt of application form, society committee
will issue sticker accordingly. Pls note VISITOR Car and Bike parking will not be
allowed in society premises from immediate basis.

3. Stickers will be provided for only for those vehicle owners who are staying in Society
either as an owner or as a tenant at the time of application. Stickers won't be issued
to an arbitrary vehicle owned by someone who is not staying in Society or vehicle is
not directly used by a member requesting for a sticker.

4. Parking sticker does not akin to ownership. Parking stickers are distributed to ensure
safety of members (And tenants) staying within society and avoid chaos and
inconvinence.

5. Stickers cannot be issued for a commercial vehicle (Only Car) unless a vehicle owner
is also an owner of flat.

 6. One 4 wheeler sticker issued per flat as per the official parking allotment document
received from the builder at the time of formation of a Society. Any member not
mentioned in the document must resolve their differences with the builder before
presenting their case to Management Committee.

7. Society Member is responsible for any issues arise due to parking of a vehicle bearing
their number on a sticker, and permit Management Committee to take necessary
action deemed necessary.

8. Stickers are not transferable and automatically be void when a vehicle is no longer
owned by a member/tenant or a tenant has vacated a flat or a flat is sold. A new owner
must make a fresh request for sticker. Please note car will not be allowed to get parked
without the sticker for new owner and hence flat owner has to ensure to provide a
fresh application to society of the tenant is changed.

9. Minimum duration between issuance of two stickers will be one month. If this causes
any inconveniences to any one in future, Management Committee will take a call
during monthly meeting on a merit of a case.

10. First sticker for two wheeler and four wheeler will be distributed without any fees.
Each subsequent sticker will attribute a fee of Rs. 200 per sticker to cover various
adminstrative costs.

11. Sticker will be issued with max expiry period of 18 months.

12. Damaged stickers will be considered invalid and have to be replaced by a vehicle
owner after giving a written request.

13. Members are free to swap their parking as per their own convenience or allow to an
eligible vehicle owner residing in our society only (as mentioned in other clauses). The
Committee will not interfere in such arrangements as far as it is within this policy
guidelines and doesn’t cause inconvenience to any members.

14. Any vehicle found with a forged or unauthorized sticker will be treated as an offense
and will attract penalty of Rs. 5000.

15. All fees for additional stickers or penalties or any other charges must be paid in cheque
or online payment only. No separate receipts will be available for such payment since
Sticker itself is an acknowledgement of such payment.

16. All complaints and it's responses by Management Committee must be in writing. No
verbal complaints / decisions will be considered valid.

17. Vehicle owners are requested not to get into discussion on argument with Watchman
for parking facility or even temporary parking or a sticker. If you need a parking space,
please directly deal with respective owner.

 18. Two wheelers must be parked only in the designated area of two wheelers, on a first
come first service basis (Parking of Bike and Bicycle is strictly prohibited to be parked
on 1st and 2nd Floor). A penalty of Rs. 5000 will be levied to members if society notices
if the two wheeler/Bicycle is not parked in the designated area.

19. This is version v.2 dated Jan’20 of policy document. As agreed in AGM Management
Committee reserves a right to amend it based on feedback and results of an
implementation. Management Committee will do it's best to smoothly implement this
policy or any changes in future, so it gives least inconvenience to all members. This
policy is up for review with all members during the next AGM.

20. Members are advised to come forth with complaints if and only if it matters their own
parking / vehicle or there is a gross negligence which affects all members.
Management Committee will not entertain interference on behalf of a someone else
to avoid unnecessary overheads.

21. Management Committee's decision in all respect will be final and binding to all
member.
