2. It is observed that beginning teachers somewhat lack of emotional stability. What


are some of its cause? What should you do to counteract it?

Teachers who just begin their practice of profession is somewhat lack of emotional
stability because perhaps, they are at their first stage of adjustment. Usually they tend
to have lot of things in mind and are confused on how to realize everything. Others
might have less commitment and passion in their work. As they say, “if you do your
work with love, you’re not just doing it but enjoying it”. So, to counteract those, when
becoming a teacher you must have a proper mindset and prepare yourself in many
aspects. Recognize that you cannot do everything at hand and you are not perfect. Just
do your best. Do things that you can do. Learn to say NO. Be organized and learn
proper management and prioritization. Always acknowledge the will above for you.
