Dear Neighbor,

Our family lives at 1613 Lucas Lane, Redlands, California.

This year our family together with our relatives and close friends will be having our
Christmas Celebration at our home, consequently there may be a number of people park-
ing around the area and additional noise from music and guests.

As courtesy, we would like to notify you in advance of our upcoming party on December
21, 2019, Saturday. The event is starting around 5:00 p.m. and planned to finish at
10:00 p.m., when the music will be turned down and any remaining guests taken inside.

Our heartfelt apology in advance for any inconvenience, and will do our very best to
keep the music level and noise to a respectable level and ensure that our guests leave
quietly.

If you do have any concerns on the night that we are being too loud or regarding the
conduct of any of our guests please call us on 323-3774140.

Thank you for your understanding and we apologize again for any disturbances, and we
assure you that this will not be a regular occurrence
