The CCDC College of Law, through the Linteg Organization, as a requirement in our class
requirement to be submitted on February 2, 2020 in our subject Practicum 2 under
Prosecutor Gerard Babate regarding the Procedure in Buy Bust Operation, Walk-in
Complaints, Investigation Process and other applicable laws.
In this connection we would like to request the availability of your Investigator/Lecturer to
accommodate us regarding the above mentioned procedure at any time from January 27,
28, 29, 31, and February 1, 2020.
Lastly, can we also request that we be allowed to photocopy necessary documents during
the conduct of the said observation for an attachment of our report.
