- Development Banking in various capacities- since Oct 1984 (34 yrs) . It also included taking on
cooperative banking, rural banking, team building at corporate level as well as at field level; constantly.

Professional roles
January 2011- June 2018- Functioned as Asstt. General Manager / DGM (Institutional Building,
Financial Inclusion and Business transactions for Commercial, Cooperative and Rural Banks in the state
of Rajasthan comprising 33 districts covering a human population of 68.9 million (as per 2011 Census).
May 2005-June 2011- Worked as Asstt. General Manager (Distt. Development) responsible for overall
development and poverty alleviation for Two districts (Kanpur and Ramabayi Nagar) in India.
Introduced Bee keeping, honey processing, vegetable (organic farming and processing) and Emu
Farming as income augmenting measures for farmers income.
October 1984- May 2005- I got selected as direct recruit (Officer category) in NABARD in the year
1984. Worked in different capacities as Manager regional offices of Lucknow, Pune, Hyderabad looking
after preparing/ examining / monitoring of various Agriculture/ non-farm schemes and coordination of
Foreign teams. Besides, taking lectures in various institutions on cooperative banking, self-help groups,
sensitisation on the gender issues and non-farm projects was also a part of job.
June 1981-84 – I worked as Regional Marketing Manager in the UP State Handloom Corporation and
was posted in Kanpur, Chennai, Kolkata and Meerut looking after marketing and increasing sales
through innovative methods admissible in the corporation’s advertisement policy.
