INTRODUCTION
Foot reflexology is healing touch by application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles where its belie ved
the nerves of the internal organs are mainly centered. Foot massage can relieve pain and stiffness, in addition to
helping to prevent and cure many symptoms such as head ache and stress

Foot massage cream 5 ml
Energising massage oil 5 ml
Method: Mixed all together.
ROOM SET UP

Standard bed set up
