How to give full body massage . giving full body massage is wonderfull way to help a person get rid
off stress and sore muscle. It can also help to people become more intimate.

Part one of three ;

1 creating a relaxing atmosphere

1, make sure the room is comfortable it is essential that the room is comfortable for conducting your
massage to your partner/client feels comfortable through out the massage. They will not enjoy it as
much.

2, make sure they have somewhere comfortable for to lie down. Such as bed on soft rug or a proper
massage table cover the surface with soft towels to keep them clean and free of oil.

3, make sure the room is nice and warm remember that your partner / client will be partly un
dressed for the duration of the massage so you don’t want them to be cold, use a space heater if
necessary.

4, make sure the room you use for the massage is some where private where you will not be
disturbed by any other people, children and animals

2. light some candles:

Theres something very relaxing about candles so it is a good idea to light a couple around the room.

If possible from the lights down on off completely and work only bycandle light you want the person
receiving the massage to be relaxed that they are almost a sleep by the end so the darker it is the
better choice

Use candles with relaxing but not over powering such as lavender or sea breeze to contribute to the
overall experience.

3. play smoothing music

Playing some smooting music can contribute to the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the massage
gentle classic music or sounds from natural are both good options.
If possible try to find out what type of music your partner / client enjoys. Remember that the
massage is about them not you.so you should try to match to their taste.

Don’t play the music too long it should be playing very softly in the background it should add to their
experience not take away from it.

4.use massage oil

it is essential to use of when giving a massage. It helps your hands to guide easily over the skin so
you don’t cause pulling, pinching, or any kind of pain to your partner / client.

There are plenty of fancy stores bought oils available, but any kind of natural oils will do just fine for
ex. If you have sunflower are grape seed oil in your kitchen you can use for your massage jojoba and
almonds oil are also very effective and have a pleasant aroma.

You can add a few drops of essential oils to your massage oil. You should use pure essential oils not
chemical perfume oils. Be aware that essential oil can penetrate the blood stream so choose wisely
option for relatively gentle oils like lavedar or arrange however you should consult a medical
professional first if your partner / client is pregnant or has any serious medical conditions

Try to warm the oil and your hands slightly before applying the oil to your partner / client skin cold
oil hands are not conductive to a relaxing massage.

5.have plenty of towels in hand.

Make sure you have plenty of fresh clean towels on hand for use during the massage

First you will need to cover the surface you are working on with towels in order to protect them
from the massage oil.

Secondly you will need towels to cover your partner / client body as you work on them ideally they
should be stripped down to their underwear to leave as much skin exposed as possible. They you can
cover them with a towel to protect their modestly and to keep them warm while you are working on
each body part.

Thirdly you will need towels to wipe the excess oil off your hands during and after the massage.

Techniques

1. Begins with the feet

Start massaging the sides of the feet by wrapping both hands around the foot and using your
thumbs to apply pressure.
 Pay special attention arch of each foot as this area tends to accumulate a lot of tension, but
also massage the heal and the ball of the feat.
 When you get to the toes, grab each individually and give it a gentle pull this help to release
only tension.
 Beaware that not everyone likes having their feet touched and some people are very ticklish,
so ask your partner / client before you touch their feet.

2. Work your way up the legs

When you are done with the feat, move on the back of the legs. Give each leg a couple of
long releaxing strokes to begin with all the way from the calf to the upper thigh.
 Apply light pressure with both hands smoothly stretching the skin this technique is knows as
effleurage and is god way to ease into massage.
 Then cover the leg you are not currently working on with a towel and focus on massaging
the calf of one leg use a kneeding technique ( like kneeding breed) to work the calf muscle.
 Move up towards the thigh and repeat the kneeding technique here. Then press the heel of
your hand into the skin and very slowly move it along the thigh you should always move in
the direction of the heart.
 Cover the leg you just finished working on with a towel ( to keep in heat ) and repeat the
massage on the other leg.

3. Move from the lower to the upper back

Use the efflevarge technique described above to perform long, self strokes, going from the
top of the glutes to the base of the neck.
 Place the palm of each hand on either side of the spine and work you way up keep your
hand parallel to one another when you reach the top of the back then your hands outwards
across the shoulder as it outlining the top of a heart.
 Return to the lower back and use a kneeding motion to work the large muscles on either
side of the spine, these areas tend to build up a lot of tension so make sure to spend some
time here.
 Next use a “press & release” technique to work your way up the back this involves pressing
up your finger tips firmly into the flash of the bank before quickly releasing when the
pressure is released your partner / client brain will release a rush off pleasurable chemicals.
 When you get to the upper back have your partner / client bend their elbows so their
shoulder black stick out this will give you better access to the muscle around the edge of the
shoulder bladdes, which tend to harbour a lot of tension and knots.
 To work on the knots, use a thumbs or single finger to press and release repeatedly around
the problem area.
 Today lesson by practical is give pressure, then first applying time give full impression, flow
should be equal , hand movement should be casual , don’t stuck in any point, every two
zones you complete keep the moisture dry area coverage should be recoverd, overall view
have to read in demo time,
