I. SUMMARY

The objectives of this activity were focused on the students’ welfare, achievement
and behavior in school. Ms. Jonnabeth Dela Cruz, an EsP teacher, headed the Homeroom PTA
Meeting because the adviser was on maternity leave. Before starting the meeting, the parents/
guardians signed the attendance sheet followed by a short prayer. The agenda were discussed by
the sub-adviser including the students’ achievements and behavior, different programs that will
benefit the students like the Family DRRM, Anti-Drug and Smoking Campaign and War on Waste.
The teacher explained the importance of parents as best friends of their children. She also informed
the parent and the students about the upcoming Fieldtrip. She encouraged the parents/ guardians
to be aware and pay full attention to their child’s attendance and performance in school.
