B. KNOW MORE ABOUT THE INFORMATION ON DEPARTMENT TO BE HOUSED.
C. PROVIDE A CONVINIENT PARKING SPACE FOR BOTH EMPLOYEES AND PUBLIC
D. GIVE A STRUCTURAL EXPANSION AND FLEXIBILITY IN OFFICE LAYOUT.
E. CONSIDER THE WORKFLOW INSIDE THE STRUCURE.
F. PROVIDE RESTING AREA.

F. CIRCULATING AREAS – IT IS FOR THE LOBBIES, CORRIDORS, AND STAIRWAYS.
