    As you know, my son, John Joshua Ramirez was not able to graduate from your institution this recent
    school year due to academic circumstances. In addition, in preparation for the said graduation, we paid
    the graduation fee amounting to Three thousand six hundred forty pesos (PHP 3640.00).

    With regards to this, I’ am requesting your good office to allocate the said amount to the account
    (tuition fee) of my other son, Justin Joel Ramirez as it was not used for the said graduation.
