I am respectfully forwarding this letter to your office whereby I am seeking your
benevolent assistance to please accommodate me.
Right now, I am assigned as Kindergarten Teacher at Inihawan Elementary School,
Inihawan, Lanas, San Jose, Romblon.
In line with this, may I request your good office for a transfer of assignment from
Inihawan Elementary School, San Jose, Romblon to Combot Elementary School, San Jose,
Romblon for valid reasons stated herein based on DepEd Order No.22, s. 2013.
1. I am permanently residing in Poblacion, San Jose, Romblon and for this reason, I
wish to be assigned in a school near to my residence.
2. Financial matters with regards to transportation going to my present station.
3. I had experienced major surgical operation last May 24,2020. Thus, riding motorcycle
every day in a long distance may affect my health condition.
4. I can spend more time with my family especially I have a young child that need more
care and attention.
5. I believe that I can perform the best of my ability as a teacher if the above mention
reason shall be given solution.
