1. Stub length of RHS bracket

assembly at RS5 Level 34
north & south vertical areas
are not matching Extraco
drawings. As per site
condition, length is 320mm;
as per Extraco drawing, length
should be 190mm only.

2. One base plate at RS5 Level

34 vertical frame west area
has been cut/damaged which
also resulted to bolts without
sufficient edge distance.

3. Non-full bearing shim is
installed between the vertical
frame base plate and steel
beam RS5 Level 34 north
area.

4. One base plate connection at

RS5 Level 34 lower soffit is
not as per Extraco drawing.
 Vertical C-channel should
be welded at the center of the
plate.
 Multiple shims are placed
between the base plate and
steel bottom flange.

5. Base plates connection at RS5

Level 34 north & south
vertical frame are not as per
Extraco drawing.
 Vertical C-channel should
be welded at the center of the
plate.

6. One bolted connection at RS5
Level 34 west vertical frame
cannot be tightened properly
due to clash with welded joint
of the steel beam.

7. One bolt is short, with no

protrusion in one BR-7
bracket at RS5 Level 34 lower
soffit.

8. Installed vertical frame

brackets at RS5 Level 34 at
north and south area have
missing stiffener plate.
 Enlarge (slotted) holes on
the angle brackets to be
clarified.

9. Installed BR-1 brackets at RS5
Level 34 lower soffit have no
drawing available.

10. Installed BR-15 brackets at

RS5 Level 34 lower soffit are
not as per Extraco drawing.
 Stiffener plate are
missing on the bracket

11. Installed BR-7 brackets at

RS5 Level 34 soffit are not as
per Extraco drawing.
 Base plate width and
channel orientation is not
matching with drawing.
