Operations & Maintenance

Sallyport offers a diverse portfolio of exceptional O&M capabilities. We balance cost-effectiveness

operational challenges. We have worked extensively in the Middle East/Southwest Asia region in
the past decade, leveraging our globally-tested expertise in all aspects of facilities/base operations
– from planning, building, operating, maintaining, and repairing facilities, to strategic operational
readiness and sustainment. Our resources, assets and personnel are flexible to be rapidly deployed,
integrated , and demobilized within a short timeframe almost anywhere in the world.
Life Support &
Base Operations
During the last decade, Sallyport has provided
lodging, food and comfort to hundreds of
thousands of personnel throughout Iraq,
delivering the highest quality services to
manage and support all supply, field and
contingency requirements for our diverse
client base. We continue to deliver full-cycle
life and base support, including the operation
of short-term facilities, as well as complex and
permanent bases and camps housing several
thousand personnel. We provide dining, laundry,
sanitation, waste management, communications,
transportation, facilities maintenance and repair
and business services.

Highlighted Projects in Iraq

Al Muthanna. Sallyport provides life support, security movements and explosive detection K-9
services for security sweeps, supporting the Iraq Tank operations at the Al Muthana Air Base.

Additional services include site renovation, facilities installation and maintenance, as well as

construction security, including physical barriers and site hardening, physical entry and access
control, technical security and personnel. Experience in
Balad Air Base. Sallyport rapidly deployed and mobilized over 700 personnel within a 30-day
timeframe to provide full-cycle airbase operation support, security, firefighting and construction
services at the Balad Air Base. Sallyport manages and performs all airfield support services,

including 24/7 emergency fire and crash/rescue, technical and mobile security, static security and
design-build/renovation support.

Logistics & Contingency

Operations

logistics and flexibility. Sallyport’s turnkey logistics
solutions and global workforce of over 5,000
professionals enable advanced ability to respond
immediately and provide flexible and uninterrupted
support to clients—from combat, peacebuilding,
infrastructure development, post-conflict recovery,
to capacity building and reconstruction operations.
Security
We minimize risk to property and personnel
through our full-spectrum security and risk
management solutions. As a fully-compliant,
licensed Private Security Company through
the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, Sallyport delivers
static and mobile security, journey management,
and risk management services that integrate
technical, physical, and life safety systems
into one command-and-control apparatus.
We leverage the company’s multi-industry
capabilities to re-design security operations
to improve efficiency, responsiveness
and flexibility.

Al Mansour Business Park Baghdad

Sallyport operates and maintains a 40-building mixed-use compound in Baghdad, delivering a
comprehensive combined work/living space in the prominent Al Mansour District. Located within
20 minutes form the Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), Sallyport Al Mansour Business complex
provides a full-cycle base operation service for personnel visiting, transiting and working in Iraq. We
offer executive apartments, single occupancy rooms, office space, conference services, translation/
interpretation services, visa support and secured transportation for U.S. and foreign corporations and
their short-term and long-term personnel deployed to Iraq.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS CONFERENCE SERVICES EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS

Our Single Occupancy Rooms are fully
furnished with a bed, dresser, wardrobe,
desk, chair, flat screen TV with Orbit
Showtime Network Satellite service,
high-speed wireless Internet, daily
housekeeping, fresh linens and towels,
same day laundry service, three meals
per day, and full access to the fitness
center and other recreational facilities.
OFFICE SPACE
Office space is furnished and equipped
with state of the art video conferencing,
audio conferencing, VOIP phone lines,
Broadband Internet service, cloud
storage, file server (dedicated or shared)
and other business center services
related to office operations.
Business guests have access to
conference rooms with up to 50 seats
available for rental with a full suite of
conference support services to include
catering and off-site travel arrangement,
business center assistance and
translation/interpretation services.
SECURED TRANSPORTATION
Sallyport offers secured/PSD
transportation in and around Baghdad,
including diplomatic and commercial
missions for business meetings,
development projects and off-site
travel. Sallyport has been recognized
as one of the best mobile and static
security operator in Iraq, servicing
clients in and out of the International
Zone (IZ) as requested.
Our Executive Apartments consist of
a bedroom, living room, private office,
en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette,
offering all-in-one service for short-term
business travelers and long-term in-
country residents working in Baghdad.
These apartments are equipped with a
47” flat screen TV with Orbit Showtime
Network Satellite service, high-speed
wireless Internet, and daily services to
include housekeeping, fresh linens and
towels, same day laundry service, three
