Spider Man: Far From Home: Jake Gyllenhaal says he loves Tom Holland for THIS reason

With few days left to the Marvel's Spider-Man: Far From Home, fans are excited to see what it sets up for
the MCU future after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

This new film is about the story of the true strong friendship between the stars Tom Holland and Jake
Gyllenhaal. When these two stars came together for their film's press tour, it was like seeing a new
version of Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie. The Marvel Studios welcomed Jake Gyllenhaal into their
universe.

Jake and Holland at a press tour

Jake typically stays away from these big ticket films like Spider-Man film and he is always known for his
smaller but effective roles in films which are not big on budget. While talking with GQ about his most
iconic films that he loved to playing, he literally took a minute to speak about his co-star Tom Holland.

Jake Gyllenhaal was seen in a joking mood while he tagged Holland as nothing less than as a disaster
before starting seriously.

"Disastrous times, he's got a bland personality, he's basically just very boring," Gyllenhaal joked about
Hollland before getting serious. "It was genuinely lovely. He puts everything into making Spider-Man
great. He knows how much pressure there is on him and he knows how much people care about that
character, and he puts everything physically, emotionally, mentally into it. I think it wasn't until
literally a day ago when he saw the movie finally that he said he could relax."

Jake Gyllenhaal sheds light on how Tom Holland advised him when he started off in the Marvel Cinematic
Universe, just like how everyone else did. This is how actually both the actors became such good friends.

"He offered me a lot of advice that I needed, and he just constantly was like 'Yes, that's exactly how
everyone feels when they first start off in this space.' And we just became friends that way,"
Gyllenhaal explained.

Talking about working with Holland, Jake said:

"I think he admires me, I admire him, both for very different reasons. And as much as actors in press
junkets after the fact like to talk about how wonderful the other one was to work with, and who
knows if it's true or not half the time. I really like him a lot as a human being and I enjoy being with
him outside of all this stuff so that all went into the movie as well."

Since the movie is about to release, the duo actors are busy in promotions. The movie will hit theaters
July 2 worldwide.
