Day 1
Date: January 20, 2020 Time In/Out: 6:46 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Total Hours: 8 hours
DAILY ACTIVITIES
 I sweep the kitchen area.
 I mopped the floor before we
open the bakery.
 I was assigned at the second
floor area to repack the
balloons.
 I seal the packed of balloons
and put a price on it.
 I was assigned also in the
kitchen area to wash the dishes.
SIGNIFICANT LEARNING
It was the first work immersion. There
is a significant learning that I learned in
which you need to wake-up early in
order for you to not be late in your
work. In my first day of being a work
immersion trainee it was very hard
because I am not used at waking up
early and we my teammates encounter
a lot of struggles in the first day of our
OJT because our schedule is not valid
and we thought that we cannot enter
into the bakery but we really want to
come in, in order for us to do the job
that we are assigned.
I learned that in work even though you
are a first timer, you need to be patient
in order for your work to be successful.
I have also an adjustment to my co-
workers, because we we’re not really
that close to each other even though
we are classmates but as day goes by
my adjustments went away like a wind.
And I know that work is not easy but
we need to be a hardworking one
because we are also the person who
can help the company to progress and
be known by the people.

Day 2

Date: January 21, 2020 Time In/Out: 6:15a.m.-2:30 p.m. Total Hours: 8 hours

DAILY ACTIVITIES SIGNIFICANT LEARNING

 I pack balloons. In my second day at the bakery as a

 I seal the balloons that I packed.
 I sweep the kitchen area.
 I mopped the floor.
 I washed the dishes.
 I entertained costumers.
work immersion trainee. I learned a lot
of things which is always be patient to
the things that you are doing and
especially be humble always when
there is a costumer you need to
entertain them with all your heart. As
an employee you need to do your task
or responsibility on your assigned area.
Do not work only if the supervisor or
the manager will observe you but even
if they are not around, we must also do
our work and love also what you are
doing because as an employee we are
also the one who can give progress to
the company. And always be careful
about what you are doing so that the
manager or the person who is
observing you will not get mad to you.

I learned that in your work you must be

presentable in the eyes of the
costumer. And always manage your
time or be punctual.

Day 3

DAILY ACTIVITIES SIGNIFICANT LEARNING

 I arranged the pack of balloons. In this third day of training, I

folded the textile.
 I sweep the quadrangle.
 I mopped the quadrangle.
encountered different people. As usual
I adjusted myself again with them. And
as we go to Chel-Anne Garden I
expected that the work there is not
hard but my expectation was wrong.
When we started to sweep and
mopped the quadrangle I felt tired but I
survive.

I learned that in work you must be

presentable in the eyes of the
costumer. And I also learned that when
you are working do not talk to your co-
worker so that the person who is
observing will not get mad to you.
