falls on the product
In case of wall mount installation, mark the location of the installation screw; drill hole
and fix the installation screw
Hang the product on the wall where the installation screws are fitted
In case of table top installation, Place the unit on the platform where the surface is flat
and convenient to operate the product
WORKING PROCEDURE
1. Once the installation is completed, Plugin the unit to power, Switch ON the Power
2. The unit will enter it on to “Self-test mode” by glowing of all three LEDs for 1 second
(Yellow, Green & Red) one after the other.
3. Once the self-test mode is completed, the product will enter in to “Purification process”
mode
Important Note: In case the input pressure is less than 0.6 bar, the “purification process”
will not start and the “No water / Low pressure indication” will be displayed by Purple Color
LED indication with solid glow.
4. Once the pressure of the input water is adequate, the Low pressure switch will activate
the product, the product will enter in to “Purification Process”. During process mode the
yellow LED will start blinking indicating that the product is entered in to purification
mode
5. When the purification process starts, the water passes through the HD Filter (sediment
filter) which removes physical impurities in the input water
6. Then Water passes through the CHEMI Block (Carbon Filter) which removes the excess
chlorine and other organic impurities
7. The output of the CHEMI Block is separated it to two parts through the equal Tee
8. One portion of the equal Tee is connected to the flushing port
9. This flushing port will be kept in closed condition at all the times and will be used only
for flushing the HD Filter cartridge and CHEMI Block cartridge which will be useful during
installation

15. Then water passes through the RO membrane filter and the permeate water from RO
membrane filter passes through the UV chamber assembly (disinfecting the water)
16. Whenever the output TDS needs to be increased, the manual blending valve needs to be
opened by rotation so that the water passes through UF membrane and connects to UV
chamber assembly
17. This is purely manual operation. Necessary precaution to be taken while adjusting
manually and check the output TDS after adjustment
18. Then water passes through Mineral Cartridge filter (Taste enhancer cartridge) from
where the purified water enters into the storage tank
19. The reject water passes through the reject water valve 600 ml to the drain through the
bulk head of reject port
20. When the storage water purifier tank is full (water contacts the leads of conductivity
sensor) the Pump, SV and UV will become OFF and the purification process LED (Yellow)
will glow solid (from blinking).
21. This continues till the water is not collected from the storage water purifier tank
22. When the water is collected, the level in the storage water purifier comes down (the
water contact with conductivity sensor will be released)
23. After two minutes of release of contact of water with conductivity sensor, the
“purification process” resumes.
24. The product is featured with warning of filter life warning and end of life indication.
The following points are to be ensured before leaving the customers place:

Citric acid cleaning is one of the effective methods of removing deposited salts on the
membrane. There were many methods adopted to do this function. DBR method is easy,
fast and effective. The below photo shows the DBR kit and parts;
The procedure for using the DBR kit and cleaning the membranes are as follows:
Take an empty DBR bowl and fill it with 10 grams of citric acid
Close the diverter valve and disconnect from the product inlet
Ensure that the check valve (non-return valve) is used between the diverter valve and
DBR Kit. Ensure the direction of flow of check valve
Connect the reject water outlet to the other end of the T connector placed on the inlet
of DBR Kit
Connect the outlet of the DBR kit to the inlet of the product
Refer the picture and flow diagram for reference and ensure that the process is
understood well before using the DBR Kit
Open the diverter valve and switch on the unit .
Run the unit for 10 minutes ensuring to recalculate the water with Citric acid.
Now, the color of the water in the DBR bowl will change. While the water passes
through the complete product the pump, SV & all the filters will get cleaned.
When the color change is saturated, it means that the cleaning process is completed;
Now switch off the unit and detach the DBR kit.
Open the unit & flush the sediment filter, pre carbon with sequence of sediment
water. Fix all tubes as per the product flow diagram and ensure the product functions
as per specification.
