Car (OPC) schemes offering different tax
concessions and restricted hours.

Buying your
e-Day Licence
When buying an e-Day Licence, you need to have:
• The OPC / revised OPC / WEC registration number; and
• The ID type and number of the registered vehicle owner
(e.g. NRIC for Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and Malaysians,
ACRA number for companies, etc).

You can buy the e-Day Licence:


i) Before you drive. Up to two weeks ahead; or
ii) After you drive. By 2359 hrs on the next day; or
iii) You can also buy an undated licence. However, an
undated licence is not valid unless you have specified
a usage date. You can specify the usage date by 2359 hrs
on the next day after you drive.

Fees and taxes, and transaction channels


A. Normal Car converting to the revised OPC scheme:
i) Administrative fee of $100;
ii) New 12-month road tax payable under the revised
OPC scheme from the date of conversion;

B. OPC converting to the revised OPC scheme:


i) Administrative fee of $100;
ii) Road tax top-up under the revised OPC scheme;
iii) Where:
a. For OPCs that have remained as OPCs since
registration or are not PARF-eligible: AXS Stations
or Internet at www.onemotoring.com.sg (6am to
midnight daily)
b. For converted OPCs (OPCs that were converted
from the Normal Car scheme) which are eligible for
the one-time accumulated additional PARF rebate:

Note:
(a) Accumulated additional PARF rebate (if any) will be used to offset the
administrative fee as well as any road tax payable at the point of conversion.
The remaining additional PARF rebate (if any) will be granted to the owner
within 1 month upon successful conversion.
(b) Once the OPC is converted to the revised OPC scheme, it cannot be converted
back to the OPC scheme.

C. OPC / revised OPC converting to Normal Car scheme:
