Has the tax collector been out to the property to notify you of this
situation?

If they say no then : Have you received a notification in the mail?

Most times they will know that the property is up for auction.
If they persist that they don't know then tell them that we will confirm that it is
going
to auction and get back to them.

VA: I see, well Sage Consulting works with people who are about to go to auction
