I Submit that as per the proceedings of the Hon’ble District Judge, Krishna,
Machilipatnam in the reference cited, the deputation of Sri.V.M.M.R.S.Prabhu, Junior
Assistant, Spl. Mobile Court, Machilipatnam, to work in this Court has been cancelled
and the individual is relieved on the A.N of 02.01.2018.
I am to further state that the individual was deputed to work in this Court
during the month of June, 2016 after suspension of Sri L.V.B.S.Sarma, the then Junior
Assistant of this Court, who dealt with the Accounts Branch. Since then the individual
is entrusted the Accounts Branch and attending all relevant duties in connection with
the Branch. The Social Welfare Department allotted Additional Budget, in the last
week of December, 2017 and the budget bills under various heads have to be prepared
and presented before the Treasury Authorities for passing of the bills well in advance
before the Financial year 201718. The Pay Drawn Particulars, self declaration Forms
have to be prepared for the recovery of Income Tax of the Employes and EFiling of
each quarter to be filed before the Income Tax Department. Hence, the services of the
said Individual is very much Essential.
In this connection, I submit that I came to know, that the presiding Officer
of the Spl.Mobile Court, Machilipatnam is nominated to undergone Training at A.P
Judicial Accdemy, Secunderabd for a period of Four months i.e., from 23122017 to
23042018.
Therefore, I request that the Hon’ble District Judge, Krishna,
Machilipatnam may be pleased to depute the above individual i.e., V.M.M.R.S. Prabhu,
till the completion of the training period of the Presiding Officer of Spl.Mobile Court,

I Submit that as per the proceedings of the Hon’ble District Judge, Krishna,
Machilipatnam in the reference cited, the deputation of Sri.V.M.M.R.S.Prabhu, Junior
Assistant, Spl. Mobile Court, Machilipatnam, to work in this Court has been cancelled.
I am to further state that the individual was deputed to work in this Court
during the month of June, 2016 after suspension of Sri L.V.B.S.Sarma, the then Junior
Assistant of this Court, who dealt with the Accounts Branch. Since then the individual
is entrusted the Accounts Branch and attending all relevant duties in connection with
the Branch. The Social Welfare Department allotted Additional Budget, in this month
and the budget bills under various heads have to be prepared and presented before the
Treasury Authorities for passing of the bills well in advance before the Financial year
201718. The Pay Drawn Particulars, self declaration Forms have to be prepared for
the recovery of Income Tax of the Employes and EFiling of each quarter to be filed
before the Income Tax Department. Hence, the services of the said Individual is very
much Essential.
In this connection, I submit that I came to know, that the presiding Officer
of the Spl.Mobile Court, Machilipatnam is nominated to undergone Training at A.P
Judicial Accdemy, Secunderabd for a period of Four months i.e., from 23122017 to
23042018.
Therefore, I request that the Hon’ble District Judge, Krishna,
Machilipatnam may be pleased to depute the above individual i.e., V.M.M.R.S. Prabhu,
till the completion of the training period of the Presiding Officer of Spl.Mobile Court,

Adverting to the above subject and reference 1 and 2 cited, I have already
sent original partition list dated 17061972 which was executed among Dhakshina
Murthy and his sons in O.S.No.42/2011 on the file of this Court for impounding the
document and return the same after impounding.
As the matter has to be disposed off expidiously as it is old and targeeted
one as per the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, this Court requested you to
consider the said document as expidiously as possible. So far this Court has not
received any information with regard to the collection of deficit stamp duty and
penality from yhou, though this Court addressed letter and reminder referred supra.
The matter is now posted to 23102017. You are hereby requested to give top priority
to this matter and to return the document by 23102017 after collecting stamp duty
and penality if any, so as to enable to this Court to proceed with the matter and to
dispose off the suit in O.S.No.42/2011 as per the directions of Hon’ble High Court. If
the petitioner/Defendant is not showing interest in getting the document impounding,
return the document ot this Court as early as possible. In our fornightly and
monthly statement submittd to Hon’ble High Court, we have been giving explanation
for non disposal of the matter “due to pendency of document before you for
collection of stamp duty and penality and the same is not yet done”
As per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court, all the
pre2012 matter are to be disposal of urgenty. Therefore, i request to evince interest in
this matter and take necessary steps to ascertain quantum of stamp duty and penality
payable on the document and give top most priority to this matter.
