Overview

Plant site visited on daily basis. On Monday 16-12-2019 GT 1,2,3, Turning Gear Engaged for two hours and
Complex full load demand initiated by NPCC on 17 DEC 2019 but due to unavailability of Fuel, Start-up
command was not executed and informed to NPCC. Whole Complex remained on standby during the week.
Regarding Maintenance All major activities observed as mentioned in Morning meeting Report some major
activities during week are listed below:

1) Annual Calibration of GT-1 Auxiliary Transmitter and pressure switches.

GT-1 annual shutdown calibration of Transmitters and Pressure switches (Auxiliary Compartment) work in
progress. Lube Oil Level Transmitter calibration were in progress as shown in picture.

GT-1 CCCW HX:

GT-1 CCCW Heat Exchanger B Cleaning was in progress. Plates were dipped in chemical for cleaning. After
Cleaning All the plates assembled back and bolts tightening were performed

HRSG welding Work:

HRSG supporting plates welding work was in progress.

2) GT-3 Aux Transformer Oil & winding Temperature Meter calibration

UAT Oil and winding Temperature Meter calibration work was observed. By Applying Current through
external source and oil temperature sensor was dipped in hot water just to check existing point of
alarm and tripping command of transformer, then after setting the gauge again testing was
performed.

3) Steam Turbine Turning Gear Box Maintenance:

Steam Turbine Turning Gear Box Mechanical work is in progress. Faulty unit were replaced with
another Turning Gear and old one shifted to mechanical work shop for bearing dismantling. Some
