The most prominent ethical issue with pursuing this topic is the question of privacy.
The participants (executives and employees) have a right to privacy and this research
could be seen as intruding as it tries to gain sensitive information (how employees feel
about their bosses when or when not using authentic communication), which could be
the workplace?
