Marketing plan

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Nachos is a dish that often served as a snack or appetizer. Nachos are built to
suit whatever mood you’re in. They are extremely versatile and there’s a nacho out
there for every kind of person. You can top them with what you love and omit any
ingredients is you don’t.

FoodSETGo is a company that provides a friendly and affordable snack to our


customers. FoodSETGo does not only offers nachos, we also have different flavors of
shake. Our store has been trusted for a very long time since it was founded year 2017.

II. STUDY BACKGROUND

A. Brief history of the company

The story of the company it was started because of the eight friends that
wanted to start a business while there were young and they’re been thinking to build a
new and innovative business and one them suggested to build a milkshake and the
other one suggested a nachos business but the youngest of the group suggested to
combined the two ideas of his friends so there will be no misunderstanding of the two
people. So it was started in 2017 in the month late august at first they’re so competitive
but on the middle of their business they are hopeless because there was no customer
buying their product on their first location so they decided to relocate their business near
at school and other shops so the other people would be curios on what are they trying
to sell. Later on their speculation was right their business boom and other people was
getting obsessed on their product because it has a low cost, but it is delicious. And until
now the business that was started on 2017 is now known on other places and they are
continuing to serve a delicious nachos. Some people was thinking on what is the name
of their product or their business but at first the group of friends is arguing about their
name since it was their first business and they need to have a catching name for their
business would be a factor to their clients or customer so they’ve decided to name it
FoodSETGo since they are serving fast and the customer is leaving.and up till now the
name FoodSETGo is well known in their town and other places.
B. Mission and Vision

Our Mission

FoodSETGo’s missions are to serve a delicious nachos and shakes, to provide


happiness and joy through food, to make the most awesome shake and nachos on the
people on every single day. And lastly, is to satisfy the customers in their needs.

Vision

FoodSETGo’s visions are to become Philippines’ most loved Nachos and Shake
store, to continually be the best Nachos and Shake store in the country and lastly is to
be the number 1 Nachos and Shake store in the country.

III. MACROENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

A. Economic

In 2017, Cainta generated a total revenue of P1.2 billion from local taxes,
permits and licenses, service, business and other income up from the previous year’s
P1.1 billion. For the same year, it received P1.2 billion in appropriations under the
General Fund and P148 million under the Special Education Fund. Total assets reached
P4 billion in 2017, up by 13.6 percent from P3.5 billion in 2016.

B. Politico-legal

FoodSETGo should carefully investigate the political stability of any country


before they want to plan for expand to. It can affect in taxation and legislation when the
government change. If government imposed high tax on staff in countries producing
Shake and Nachos from where FoodSETGo buy their Shake and Nachos, FoodSETGo
needs to pay higher price for their nachos they purchase. This effect will ultimately pass
to the customer, because they need to higher the price. The global economy must be
carried into attention as it can affect FoodSETGo sales and markets. A decrease in
licensing and permit costs in those countries producing the shake and nachos for will
lower the production costs for the staff.

C. Socio-cultural

FoodSETgo has opportunity to increase its revenues based on increasing for


the ice, which is due to sunny days. And also for the corn where the chips made of and
it will increase if it is not the season of planting / harvesting of corn.

D. Demographic

The FoodSETgo's target market are the people ages 15-60 years old.
Because some people want a fast serving of food especially to the students because
sometimes some of the students don't have enough time to spend a lot of time to their
meal.

E. Technological

The generation today wants their order to serve fast because of that we think a
way to serve their order faster and give them what they want. We need a new and
innovating technology that can help our business so that we can give the customers
right and request. Because of the new technologies it can help our nachos business to
promote to the people and other customers through social media and other social media
platforms.

F. Natural

Natural phenomenon are the things that we can’t prevent to happen and if
natural phenomenon will happen it will affect the ingredients that we are using to make
our products. Meanwhile the Foodsetgo comes in a conclusion to make the resources
environmental friendly.

A. The company

FoodSETgo will use a lot of marketing strategies such as SWOT analysis to


ensure our selected strategies is correct, Digital marketing strategy to promote our
business online and PESTEL/PESTLE analysis as well to secure the health of the store.
The owners of the store will be the marketing managers with the company of the
employees that will make the store more function able by doing different strategies and
techniques.

B Suppliers

FoodSETgo is a food business that will be selling nachos and shake. our shake
powder comes from the distributor of enjoy located along Felix Ave, Santo Domingo,
Cainta, Rizal.and our nachos and dip are also coming to SMR located along A.bonifacio
Ave. Brgy. Sto domingo Cainta, Rizal. We buy our ingredients from distributors for our
product to be cheap but has a high quality.

C. Marketing intermediaries

Our businesses choose the direct-sales channel, because in it, we’ll have
access to the customer and keep all revenue under the control of the store. Direct sales
let us to do our market research and choose our own customers while setting the selling
price. The downside is that it takes a lot of time and focus away from our main
preoccupation: the production of high-quality goods.
D. Customer

The primary target of our business are the teenagers/ students and also the
adults. And we will focus on offering a satisfying product. We also aim to give the best
product at an affordable price.

E. Competition

Mango tanggo, Mucho mucho nachos, Nacho king and other store are the
main competitor of FoodSETGo. Nacho king is more known by customer rather than
FoodSETGo that has the same target market such as middle and high income earners.

F. Public

Public relation is a great way to make your business image since Cainta, Rizal
is known as the gateway to another places like Pasig, Antipolo and also Taytay. The
FoodSETGo has a duty to satisfy the people along with competitors and the consumer.
