36 The meeting was called to order by Mr. Genaro D. Albeos, School
37 Head of Mandilikit National High Scool and Presiding Officer at 9:00

43 One teacher was absent and one staff, the rest were present and
44 only one teacher was on leave.

64 VIII. Approved of the Agenda: The motion for approval was made by
65 Mrs. Mary Grace G. Sarael and duly seconded by Mrs. Arthes P.

68 IX. Town Fiesta
69 - Today, September 19, 2018 will be the Opening Parade for the
70 Fiesta celebration of the patron St. Michael Archangel and the
71 assemble time will be at 12:00 noon then starting time is 1:00 in
72 the afternoon.
73 - The attendance is a must.
74 - Teachers Nite will be on September 21, 2018 and everyone is
75 encourage to attend the nite.

78 X. Performance of the Students
79 - Attendance in Flag Raising and Retreat – There are still few
80 students who attend the flag ceremony every morning and
81 students should be encourage to be to attend every day the flag
82 ceremony

84 - Absences, Cutting, Loafing, Staying Outside of the Campus of the
85 Students - It should be minimize and the subject teacher must
86 check the attendance every now and then to check who are those.

89 - Cleanliness in the classroom and inside the campus- There are
90 some classrooms that are untidy and need to be cleaned. The
91 adviser is the one who is liable for the cleanliness inside their
92 classroom.

94 - School Uniform – All the students should to wear their complete
95 uniform this coming September 01, 2018 as this is the date when
96 the PTA agreed that the students will wear their complete uniform
97 in school.

99 - There are some students who need home visitation such
100 as Jayson Artiaga, Antonnette Canada, Cris Anthony Sarabello and
101 Stephen Joshua Carillo.

103 - According to Mrs. Lilian M. Vaňo home visitation is a big risk for
104 the teachers who are going to do and who will be the liable
105 personnel is something happen while the teachers are having their
106 home visitation since some of the students who need it lived far
107 away from the school. So as agreed by the body the school head
108 must secure a home visitation slip or form for the safety of the
109 teachers who are going to do the home visitation.

112 - New Schedule of the Subject Teacher
113 *It is not yet finalize since it needs clarification to be distributed
114 As some teachers suggested that all the teachers must have an
115 equal load so it will be fair for everyone.

117 - Grade – 7 class
118 The teachers want to divide the Grade – 7 students into two (2)
119 as it consists of 55 students and it really needs attention. The
120 teacher needs to have a big voice in order for the students to hear
121 and it is really a big group of students.

124 Having no matter to be discussed the meeting ended at 11:15 in
