DUE TO REDUNDANT CONTRACT

Compliance with this Site Instruction, it is required in accordance with the Conditions of Contract
to notify the Main Contractor (HCC) within Forty Eight (48) hours on any effect on Cost and
Schedule of the issued Site Instruction and submit a Variation Order Proposal within Fifteen (15)
calendar days after receipt of this notice. Failure to submit the application of variation order
within the specified period, the aforementioned may not be entertained nor considered.
