1. Online bids for procurement of Thermal Imager Sight for Medium Machine Gun, qty-
127 are invited by the process of e-Procurement by ACSFP CELL (SD & WE ) HQ Eastern
Command through Defence Procurement portal of NIC (https://defproc.gov.in) as per details
given below :-

2. Rate quoted by the firm will be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tender.

3. Bidders are required to submit EMD for amount of `14,00,000.00 (Rupees fourteen lac
only) along with their bids. EMD should be in the shape of an Account Payee Fixed Deposit Receipt
or Bank Guarantee from any of the public sector banks or private sector bank authorised to conduct
government business as per Form DPM -16 payable to GOC-in-C Headquarters Eastern Command,
Fort William, Kolkata-700021.

4. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must reach in original at Ordnance Branch, Headquarters
Eastern Command, Fort William, Kolkata-700021.

5. For any change in Tender Enquiry, the bidders are requested to watch the Defence
Procurement Portal (https://defproc.gov.in) regularly.

6. Firms which are registered for item/ range of product for which this tender is being issued
with the Central Purchase Organisation (e.g. DGS&D), NSIC or concerned Department or Ministries
of the Government of India are exempted from deposition of EMD provided valid registration
documents are enclosed with the tender documents.

7. Manual bids will not be accepted.

8. Key Dates:- As mentioned on the Defence Procurement portal.

9. Incomplete tenders are liable to be rejected. ACSFP Cell GS (SD & WE) HQ Eastern
Command c/o 99 APO reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason.
