- pupils have been introduced to clothing items in the previous lesson; talking about what people are wearing and about buying
clothes is the next step
Assumptions: The students may:
- be familiar with some of the vocabulary related to the topic
Anticipated problems:
- pupils might incorrectly use the plural forms It’s a trousers., instead of They are trousers. because they still have difficulties in
recognizing plural nouns

pounds written on them.

to find out the price of the clothing
items. Each envelope contains jumbled
sentences. In order to discover the
price, Ps, in groups, have to order the
words and match the sentences with
the small flashcards.
Then, they write the price on the tags.
T acts as monitor and support and
helps Ps to achieve the task correctly.

and Ps answer.
