I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate an understanding of concepts and principles in maintaining
and repairing computer systems and networks
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able to maintain and repair computer systems and networks based
on acceptable standards in computer’s software and hardware
C. Learning Competencies/Objectives The learner:
1. Use appropriate PPE in line with standard procedures
2. Check normal function of computer systems and networks in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
3. Perform scheduled/ periodic maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements
4. Repair materials when needed in accordance with established procedures
5. Replace materials when needed in accordance with establish procedures
6. Respond to unplanned events or conditions in accordance with established procedures
