COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

FEBRUARY 15, 2020

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Collective Bargaining Agreement, made and entered into by and between:

ATTY. OTHELLO MENDOZA II, a Labor Relations professor in De La Salle University, with

principal office at ROOM 201, DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LAW; herein

referred to as ATTY. MENDOZA.

The LABOR UNION OF G02 AND G03 (LUGAG), a legitimate labor organization dul;y

registered with Department of Labor and Employment; with principal office at ROOM 201, DE

LA SALLE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LAW; herein referred to as UNION

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the UNION, through its list of membership and other pertinent evidence,

has established to the satisfaction of ATTY. MENDOZA that it represents the majority of

students enrolled under the UNION;

WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties hereto advance the general welfare,

health and safety and the best interests by the settlement of issues respecting terms and

conditions of engagement between the UNION and the PROFESSOR

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual
agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree as follows:

ARTICLE I
VALENTINE’S DAY FESTIVITIES and/or BIRTHDAY OF ATTY. CALLEJA

Section 1. Purpose. This Agreement is executed for the sole purpose of facilitating the
conduct between the parties on Valentine’s and/or Belated Birthday of Atty Calleja Day.

Section 2. Event. There shall be a Valentine’s and/or Belated Birthday of Atty Calleja Day
Celebration to be organized by the Union.

Section 3. Means. To help facilitate and achieve the celebratory objectives of the said
festivities, ATTY. MENDOZA agrees to the following:

That he shall conduct:

____ NO RECITATION
____ VOLUNTARY RECITATION
____ EARLY DISMISSAL

ARTICLE II
DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Section 5. Duration. This Agreement shall be effective only from 10:30 AM – 12 PM and 1:00
PM – 2:30 PM, 15 FEBRUARY 2020

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ATTY MENDOZA and THE UNION, through their respective
representatives, have caused there presents to be signed this 15th of FEBRUARY, 2020 at
ROOM 201, DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY
