1. How can Positive Psychology helps you become a happier person?

What are your personal experiences as an adolescent in terms of the way you
think, ,reason, feel, and the way you express yourself?

*Positive Psychology focuses on the character strengths and behaviors that allow
individuals to build a meaningful life and purpose. It focusing on how people can
become happier and more fulfilled. It helps me to become happier person
because I can learn different ways to become a happier person. I can make
happiness a habit, something I can work on every day. I can treat happiness as a
skill, something that I can master over time. I can see it as a tool that can help me
to lead a life with more resilience. I can see happiness as something that is

2. Write down how you define yourself psychologically?

How does knowing oneself better a make person accept his strength and
limitations, and improve the way he deal with others?

In psychology, the sense of self is defined as the way a person thinks about and
views his or her traits, beliefs, and purpose within the world. It's a truly dynamic
and complicated concept because it covers both the 'inner' and 'outer'
self.Nobody is totally psychologically sane impossible we all carry.Weakness is
nothing to be ashamed of.But strength is no reason for pride, either.Each of us has
unique strengths and weaknesses that compose who we are. Knowing my
strengths and weaknesses can help me shape how to reach my goals. Knowing
myself, becoming me more confident in my choices and to be aware of my
strengths and limitations from my objective perspective. It is easier to work with
or work with my weaknesses, like simply trying to figure out a solution to my
problem. Following my strengths can open up a whole new world of passion. This
confidence and detachment from negative emotion that comes from acceptance
makes me easier to deal with life in general, which carries over into how I interact
with others.Knowing my strengths and weaknesses can also help me to create the
most effective path to reaching my vision. It can help me to plan around my
obstacles before I reach them in order to improve my chances of success.

4. How does stress and stressor help you in identifying ways to cope and what
kind of coping mechanisms helped you managed the situation?

Everyone—adults, teens, and even children, experiences stress especially to the


adolescent today because they are not opening or express their emotions or
problems with other people, so that they commit suicide because no one talk or
advice to them . Stress is a reaction to a situation where a person feels threatened
or anxious. The kind of coping mechanism helped me to managed the situation
when I am in stress. First, Talk to and stay connected with others. This might be:
My Parents, or other relatives, my friends, classmates, and teachers. Talking with
someone can help me to make sense out of my experience and to figure out ways
to feel me better. Second, Get active. I go for a walk, doing housework , playing
sports like badminton, volleyball, and etc. Third, I volunteer with a community
group that promotes nonviolence or another school or community activity that I
care about. These can be positive ways to handle my feelings and to see that
things are going to get better.Fourth, Take care of myself. Taking care of myself will
help me to maintain my physical, emotional, and mental reserves to prevent and
manage stress by the way of get plenty of sleep, eat right, exercise, and keep a
normal routine. By keeping myself healthy, I will be better able to handle a tough
time. Last, Taking breaks from the news, Internet, and conversations about the
disaster can help me to calm down. Learning healthy ways to cope and getting the
right care and support can help reduce stressful feelings and symptoms.

6. With a better understanding of what emotions are all about , how will your
understanding of emotions help you in communicating your emotional
expressions to others (friends, family, classmates, and community)?

Emotions like these are part of human nature. They give us information about
what we're experiencing and help us know how to react.Other emotions can seem
more negative — like feeling angry, resentful, afraid, ashamed, guilty, sad, or
worried. Both positive and negative emotions are normal. Understanding my
emotions include emotional awareness simply means recognizing, respecting, and
accepting your feelings as they happen.

7. Describe how you express your love for another person and how you show
commitment to this person or persons? How will you keep your relationship
intact?

I express my love with another person by the way I understand him or her .show
commitment with another person by the way I convey honesty and
trust.Commitment in a relationship is impossible without trust. Hence, creating
and conveying trust calls for complete honesty. Only when I commit to being
honest can my partner have an accurate picture of who truly I am.Be honest
about my past and truthful about my vision of my future. Share my feelings, share
my thoughts, and share my very presence with my mate. Do everything in your
power to not let lies or half-truths destroy the trust and commitment between
me. Second way is Spend time together without technology is the best way to
become your relationship strong or intact.Speaking of making eye contact,
eliminating technology every now and then is a great way to give your significant
other your full attention. There is no denying how distracting technology can be,
so make sure that you and your partner are spending some time without it. Make
a no cell phone rule for date night or leave the electronics in the other room
during your morning coffee together.Spending time together without the
imposing distraction of technology allows you and your partner to give each other
the attention and consideration that you both deserve.

it's important to show your loved one how you feel in ways that they will
understand and appreciate. With a little extra work, you'll be able to express your
love and keep your relationship going strong.

* I express my love with another person by the way I understand my partner’s


needs. I express my love through gifts when my partner receives love through
touch. Recognizing that the way I give love may not be the way that my partner
receives love can be eye-opening. Yet, knowing the ways my partner feels loved, it
helps me express my love in ways that my partner can appreciate it. Next, tell
them how important they are. Sharing my feelings to my partner about the
positive impact they have on my life is a clear way of showing the love and value I
have for my partner. For instance, if my partner makes spending time with my
family easier, I let them know that they make that interaction easier for me. If I
have a bad day and the moment I see my partner I instantly feel a wave of relief,
and I let them know that just seeing them immediately puts me in a better mood.
